Detex EAX-300W Weatherized Door Prop Alarm

The Detex EAX-300W Series is designed for applications where doors may be used for egress or ingress, but may not be held or propped open. Door open times from 1 second to 4 minutes (15 second default) are field selectable. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the underside of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. Bobrick SCRC solid phenolic material in a Corner Partition layout with overhead braced floor mounted stalls. Standard stalls 36" x 60" depth (24" door), ADA stall are 60" x 60" depth (36" door). With this handle you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Shipped with screws and finish washers. Also known as a Handicap Grip, ADA Door Pull or Handle.

Full length aluminum door stop for 3/4" material used with phenolic commercial toilet partitions or posts that are 3/4" thick. This product will help any gap from the front view of the toilet stall door on the latch side. For an out swing door the slide bolt latch locks onto the opposite side of the bumper. For an in swing door the kit comes with a simple stainless steel keeper that is mounted on the inside of the stall on the post for the latch to lock to. This kit is used for an inswing or an outswing door. The spec sheet is attached, the overall height is 53-1/2". The product is made by Global Partitions with part numbers 40-8454500 and 40-8262370.
