Cast stainless steel construction. The strike and keeper measures 2-1/2" tall by 1-15/16" wide by 1-17/32 deep. The mounting holes are 1-1/2" on center. The Von Duprin 090076 Spring is located in top latch of the Surface Vertical Rod.  It is used on the 2227, 3327A, 3427A, 9827 and 9927 models. It is number 18 in the attached diagram. They are sold in packages of 10.
