Truth Single Arm Window Operator. This new style replaces the older tradiational size shown in the diagrams.

To determine hand of operator, if your sash lock (window lock), is on the left, you would use a left hand operator. And if your sash lock is on the right, you would order the right hand operator.

We sometimes find the number 45251 cast on the housing, and 40049 and 40050 stamped on the arms.   This operator has a Nylon Wheel or Roller.

Surface Mounted Stainless Hinge sets in stock for quick deliveries, this version is a right hand inswing and left hand outswing hinge set, always facing the toilet compartments. The overall wide is 3-1/4" x 3-5/32"ht, the hole spacing is 2-5/16" and 1-1/2"ht with 1/4" holes. This is a gravity type hinge that uses a stainless adjustable pintle to close the door. This part is also known for 7273. All hardware included to install. Maximum door weight is 80lbs.

This latch is used on the 2227, 3327A, and 9927 Surface Vertical Rod Devices. This latch is for use on devices shipped after October 1998. ASI Locker Nylon Latch Clip used with ASI, Edsal, List Industries and Penco lockers. Manufactured in the USA for the past 25 + Years. Also known as 8651, 60501, 4125, 74016, pn3310, lp8827, ls645. This part attaches to the lock bar that rides vertically and latches on the locker frame hook to secure and lock it. This is a very common part to break due to it being a plastic catch clip.

The Norton PTO PowerTrack for 7705 is a replacement piece for the 7705PTO Door Closer.  The Track includes the Slider, Soleniod and new mounting screws.  The Track measures 21-1/4" long with a hole spacing of 19" on centers.   The PTO Track is for the Pull Side of the door, also known as the Hinge Side because you can see the hinges on that side. No longer available in 120 volt
