International 53K01 Lever Trim

The International 53K01 Lever Trim is for the 5000 Series International Door Closer exit device.  The rose diameter is 3-3/8", with a lever length of 4",  and the projection is 3".  Available in Aluminum or Dark Bronze colors.   Available in Dummy, Passage, Classroom and Storeroom functions.   Classroom function the  key locks and unlocks the Lever Handle, if you turn the key one way it is  only unlocked for that one passage, if you turn the key the other way, the Lever is unlocked until it is locked again.   Storeroom/Night Latch function the Lever is always locked. Passage the lever is always free to open the door, it is never locked.  Dummy the lever is stiff and only acts as a pull.

The only recommended adhesive for use with Disc-O-Tile. May be used with other rubber stair treads, tile and flooring. Falcon/Monarch 19 Series Hex Dogging Assembly and Cover have been changed.  As of April 12, 2022 the kit now includes a new style dogging assembly also.

We know this kit will work on the 19/24/25 Series, and are not sure if it will work on the Monarch 17/18 Series Dogging Cover goes over the dogging mechanism on the hinge side of the exit device. Sometimes when the end cap goes missing, this cover plate also disappears.

Snap Flange (1-1/4" O.D) Smooth - Straight Grab Bar w/ Intermediate Support, 48". Features include cover that snaps over mounting flange dimples to conceal screws and concealed mounting flange of 31/8" O.D. diameter with 2 screw holes and 3 locking dimples; 1/8" thick, type 304 stainless steel. Cover is type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish and 22 gauge, 3-3⁄16" diameter. Also know as 10-3702-48.

Napkin Disposal w/o Shelf Stainless Steel Surface mount 16 gauge utility shelf. Overall Size 7 1/2" x 10" x 3 7/8".  Surface Mounted Sanitary Napkin Disposal shall have top cover door and cabinet of 22 gauge type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8. All exposed surfaces shall be satin finish and be protected during shipment with PVC film easily removable after installation. Capacity shall be 1.2 gal (4.5L). Top cover is attached to cabinet with a full length 3/16" diameter (Ø4.8) stainless steel multi-staked piano hinge. Structural assembly of body and door components shall be of welded construction. American Specialties 0852 stainless steel napkin disposal unit.

Use adhesive where Grit Strip is applied to porous surfaces such as wood or concrete. Grit Strip adhesive is recommended as a sealer; will give a better, longer lasting bond. Recommended application temperature is 60 degrees and above. One quart covers approximately 50 square feet (single coat) of Grit Strip; available in quart and pint units.

The Truth 50.60 Encore Dyad Operator has been in production since about 1999.   In the beginning Truth offered the Maxim and the Encore Systems.   The Maxim is being phased out and the Encore is the only one made now.   The Encore will replace all of the Maxim operators, and have the same hole spacings and operation, but they have the interchangeable handle and covers.
