Wood Door Automatic Flush Bolt FB41

H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different. The body size is 1" wide, 8-1/2" tall and 2" deep, the bolts have a 3/4" throw with a 7/8" vertical adjustment.

Monarch 19-24-25-XX Top Latch 588

Monarch 19-24-25-XX Top Latch 588 for non Fire Rated Doors.  This latch has a long history, the old number is 588, and the new number is 650389.  A non Fire Rated door is usually an exterior door, or a door that is not designed to contain the spread of fire.

The 630D Rubber Outdoor Tread is the only tread we recommend for exterior applications. The tread is only available in black and is ideal for ice rinks, sports arena and high traffic areas.  The tread is 12-1/16" deep with the last 3 inches being smooth for trimming in the field. 

The 893 Hat And Coat Strip are available in 24", 36", 48" and 56". These are constructed of 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel, the hooks are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel, both are finished to a #4 satin brushed finish.  The strip is 4" high by length and projects out 1/2".  The hooks are 1" wide by 6-11/16" high and project out 2-1/8", and have radiused ends to prevent injury. Manufactures part number is 1307 by American Specialties.

The 920R One-Piece Rubber Stair Tread has a 3/16" thick nose and tapers to 5-16" at the back.  The nose is adjustable and tapered for a perfect fit.  The benefit of a one piece tread is the ease of cleanng, there is not a groove at the back of the step to collect debris. The Emco W Wall Mounted Hook Strip is an ideal complement under any shelf system. May also be used by itself. Comes with double pronged poly-carbonate hooks. The wall bracket measure 6-1/4" and are 1-7/16" wide, and are constructed of cast aluminum that is then powder coated black.  The bar (slat) that the hooks are mounted on is 3/4" high by 1" deep.  The slat is available in dark bronze or aluminum.  The poly-carbonate hooks measure 3" wide by 2-3/4" high and project out 1-1/2".  The hooks are available in Black, Blue, Brown, Gray, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, Yellow, or Assorted Color Hooks.  The number of brackets and hooks is determined by the length of the hook strip.
