International 53K01 Lever Trim

The International 53K01 Lever Trim is for the 5000 Series International Door Closer exit device.  The rose diameter is 3-3/8", with a lever length of 4",  and the projection is 3".  Available in Aluminum or Dark Bronze colors.   Available in Dummy, Passage, Classroom and Storeroom functions.   Classroom function the  key locks and unlocks the Lever Handle, if you turn the key one way it is  only unlocked for that one passage, if you turn the key the other way, the Lever is unlocked until it is locked again.   Storeroom/Night Latch function the Lever is always locked. Passage the lever is always free to open the door, it is never locked.  Dummy the lever is stiff and only acts as a pull.

Metal Swivel Glide for use with chair legs that have a  7/8" O.D. X 3/4" I.D. With Ferrule. The ferrule is 9/16" high and the base of the glide is 1 1/4" in diameter. Metal base glides are very popular in schools and institutions and move easily across smooth or carpeted floors.  Metal base glides are nickel plated and are extremely durable, but when they do wear out, they will scratch the floor.  The glide freely swivels beyond 30 degree angle. Glide grips leg with outside holding clip, meaning it grabs the outside of the leg, see more views for picture of outside holding clip. 

Standard duty brass 2-1/4" knob is pinned to swivel spindle for 1-3/4" door.

The 524T has 1-1/4 inch diameter by 2-1/2 inches tall. It is constructed of brass and then powder coated flat black or brushed chrome plated. This stop ships with a lead anchor, 12-24 x 1 inch machine screw, #12 x 1-1/2 inch SMS with plastic anchor.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. Manufacture part #7005.
