The ALREX hinge is a full function hydraulic door closer hinge. It contains all the features of a door closer, closing and latching speed control, power adjustment, and optional hold open feature. They are available in 4, 4.5 and 5 inch (leaf height), and are currently available in Stainless and Black finishes.

Package includes 2 hydraulic closer hinges and one dummy, for a standard 3 x 7 foot door, 100 pound door.

Door Handing:

Kit includes rod with exposed flanges.

Flanges fabricated of 20ga. stainless steel with a satin finish. Flanges have (3) countersunk 13/64" dia. holes to accept #10 flat or oval head screws furnished by others.

Rod is installed in straight section between two (2) mounting flanges. Rods longer than 48′′ require ceiling hanger Model No 1204-C18.

For use with standard shower curtain model No ’s 1200 or 1200-V having 48′′ length and standard hooks Model No 1200-SHU unit should be installed with rod centerline 74-1/2′′ AFF or 67′′  above tub rim to obtain 6′′ bottom overlap.

The Adams Rite 31-0619 is the Circuit Board that controls the Motorized Latch Retraction on the 8000 and 3000 Series Exit Devices. It is also known as the PCBA: SE Main (Black).

The Matte Black Hadrian 1/2" Pedestal Support Brace is constructed of stainless steel. Pedestal support brace is used in place of a traditional pilaster where the pilaster anchors to the ground. This pedestal support brace allows pilasters to be off the ground but still provide structure to partitions. Designed to be used under a pilaster or panel that is 1/2" thickness. Available in 12", 9" and 4" heights and comes with fasteners for installing. Known as manufacturers part number 673441-12AF-BLK, 673441-9AF-BLK and 673441-4AF-BLK.

Chrome Plated "U" Bracket 1" X 1-1/2" X 1-3/8" . If your toilet partition or bathroom stall wall bracket is cast with the number 1910 on the back, then you have the “U” Wall Bracket for 1″ thick toilet partition panels. The wall bracket is usually mounted on the wall or the pilaster to mount the toilet partition stall panels. This bracket is 1-1/4″ wide x 1-3/8″ tall, with the through hole located at 1″ from the back. If features 4 holes with a 1/4″ diameter, with two of them on the base. The bracket is made of a die cast material that is then polished chrome plated. This bracket is sometimes called a Toilet Partition or Bathroom Stall “U” Bracket, or “U” Wall Bracket.

Toilet Partition Keeper Bumper Inswing With 1-7/8" Between Screws

Stainless Steel Partition Support Brace U Shape. Used with up to a 1-1/4" Thick Post. Do your Toilet partition panels keep falling out of the bathroom stall wall mounted brackets? If so, the answer might be a Toilet Partition brace or support, which would support the panel and pilaster from falling, or as preventive maintenance to strengthen the compartment. They are also sometimes called Pilaster Support U-Brackets. The we stock 3 versions that are adjustable from 7-1/2″ to 10″, 9-1/2″ to 12″ and 11-1/2″ to 14″, floor to bottom of panel clearance. The bathroom stall brace is made of stainless steel, with a round base of 2-3/8″ and a support bracket that is 1-1/2″ x 2-3/8″. The diameter of the toilet partition support shaft is 1″. Adams Rite 91-0993-IP 8700/8800 Strike is used on the rim devices that have the Star Wheel Latching System.  The strike measures 2-3/4" long by 1-3/4" wide and projects out approximately 1/2".   Kit comes with mounting screws and two shims.

The Von Duprin 090076 Spring is located in top latch of the Surface Vertical Rod.  It is used on the 2227, 3327A, 3427A, 9827 and 9927 models. It is number 18 in the attached diagram. They are sold in packages of 10.
