Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71", Non-Handed, 14 Gauge, 1/4" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 14 gauge (.075" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71" long. Holes are typically spaced every 14". The hinge pin is 1/4" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Hinge had rounded edge 3/8" radius and is cam (gavity) self closing. Designed to be zero degree hold so that door will close flush with partition surface. The Bathroom Stall hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry.

3/4" x 9-1/16" Hole Spacing

In April of 2023 Norton Yale have discontinued the 2300 and 9300.  The Norton 1600 will be sent in place of the 2300.   Same Hole Spacing, but adjustable spring tension.

1600 Series Master Key #'s by Master Lock starts with a "F" and has 3 numbers after it. The master key will open all locks associated with that master key. If you do not know what master key you have you must destroy a lock and look under the black dial portion of the lock for a red flag that is 1/8"x3/8" with a stamped key number on it. This lock will be destroyed completely and will not be able to be used again. You either are buying locks with master keys and need to order as new series or you have an existing master key series that start with F or S.

Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. It can be opened from the inside as normal with your foot or hand. A very inexpensive security lock.

Stainless Steel Partition Support Brace U Shape. Used with up to a 1-1/4" Thick Post. Do your Toilet partition panels keep falling out of the bathroom stall wall mounted brackets? If so, the answer might be a Toilet Partition brace or support, which would support the panel and pilaster from falling, or as preventive maintenance to strengthen the compartment. They are also sometimes called Pilaster Support U-Brackets. The we stock 3 versions that are adjustable from 7-1/2″ to 10″, 9-1/2″ to 12″ and 11-1/2″ to 14″, floor to bottom of panel clearance. The bathroom stall brace is made of stainless steel, with a round base of 2-3/8″ and a support bracket that is 1-1/2″ x 2-3/8″. The diameter of the toilet partition support shaft is 1″. The 220-2520 is the Grit Stripped version of the 7850R Service Weight Smooth Rubber Treads.  The 220 comes with two 3/4" grit strips, the 2520 would be the visually impaired version with one 2" wide strip. If your toilet partition (bathroom stall) wall bracket is stamped 1830, then chances are you have the Two Ear Wall Bracket for 1-1/4″ thick toilet partition panels. This brackets base is 1-3/8″ wide x 3-15-16″ long with 3″ center to center hole spacing. The distance from the bottom of the base to the screw holes on the legs is 2-1/8″. The bracket sometimes goes by the name Bathroom Stall (toilet partition) Two Ear Bracket or Wall Bracket, they can be ordered on our website.

The Matte Black Hadrian Alcove Channel is constructed of anodized aluminum. One side of the channel is for 1/2" thickness and the other is 3/4" thickness. This alcove channel is used to connect a panel and pilaster in-line with different thicknesses. The alcove channel is 57-1/2" in length and comes with fasteners to install. Known as manufacturers part number H60158-BLK.

Corner Guard CG-10 3" x 3"

90 degree 3” x 3” vinyl corner guard with aluminum retainer.  Vinyl flex action absorbs impact, and is .100” thick, the aluminum retainer is .062 thick.  Available in 4, 8 and 9 foot lengths.  Top and bottom end caps included with the corner guard.

Base is 1 1/4" in diameter. Metal base glides are very popular in schools and institutions and move easily across smooth or carpeted floors.  Metal base glides are nickel plated and are extremely durable, but when they do wear out, they will scratch the floor.  The glide freely swivels beyond 30 degree angle.
