The length is 57" and is used on a 1-1/4" slight round edge pilaster for mounting. Used with 1" doors and has a concealed turn latch with the pin coming out the center edge of the door. The hole spacing for the slot is 28-1/2" dead center of unit. The slot for the bolt to lock to is 7/16" wide x 5/8"ht. This helps with blocking the door gaps on the locking side of the door. Cal Royal 2000 Alarmed Exit Device
Alarm units has an internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. Jumper cable is provided to swich to continuous alarm. The key switch to turn the alarm off is a standard 1” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with two switches. One switch monitors the push rail and the other switch monitors the latch bolt for full proof security.

Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY. ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.

The 20-1603-4001 usually has a hole spacing of 3/4" x 8-3/16", you could use the International Door Closer 853 as a replacement.

There is a 3 week lead time for non stock colors. The color chart shows an American flag which indicates a quickship color. All stalls doors come with a standard chrome plated door kit which includes wrap hinges, keeper and latching. Stainless steel hardware is available. The door widths start out at 23"-36" available. All doors are 1/4" narrower than door size for gapping and are 58" tall. All sizes are for the opening you have. A 36" door is for a 36" opening. Note we now offer Square Edge wrap hinges which are not very common, most have a slight round edge.

In this series, our Global Door Closer TC201 is a multi-size spring model that offers adjustable power with a choice of range sizes 2-5 where high rates of closing force are required. Our TC201ADA model also offers adjustable spring power sizes 1-4 for use on interior doors requireing less than 5 lbs. of opening force and exterior doors requiring less than 8.5 lbs. This complies with ADA handicap codes and ANSI/BHMA standard requirements.
