Partition Door Piano Hinge 57", 14 Gauge SS,1/4" Pin with 20 Degree Cam Close. This hinge keeps the door open 20 degree so the user knows there is nobody in the restroom toilet stall. This is the most Heavy Duty Continuous Full Length Hinge we sell. 14 gauge (.075" thick) stainless steel construction with a 1/4" diameter hinge pin. The hinge leafs are angle cut so your door will close with the camming action. The hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, and 57" long. Screws are spaced 11" apart and the holes are 9/32" diameter and has 6 sets of holes. Hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. Also known as a Restroom Toilet Stall Full Length Continuous Hinge. Manufacturer part #650-9401 and 160039. The hinges must be mounted flat when door is shut. For inside swing the hinges are mounted on the inside of the stall. For the outside they must be mounted on the outside.

The International Flushbolt Standard Guide is the piece that fits into the top or bottom of the door and acts as a guide for the Flushbolt Rod.  The piece measures 1-3/8" x 1-1/2".  The square hole in the piece is a 1/2" square.  The manufacture part number is FG-1200.

All doors are 1/4" narrower than door size for gapping and are 58" tall. All sizes are for the opening you have. A 36" door is for a 36" opening. Typically used with new construction but can be used on existing partitions. Designed to join a Pilaster and Panel in-line to eliminate sightline gaps to provide additional privacy. The indented rounded curve is where the Pilaster(1-1/4" Thickness) will attach, while the open end of channel is where the panel(1" Thickness) with attach.
