Glynn-Johnson 70 Series Overhead Door Holder Surface Mounted

Glynn-Johnson 70 and 79 series models are constructed primarily of Brass and 300 series Stainless Steel substrates, with several components fabricated of Steel treated to resist corrosion. Models in the 70 series utilize a 1/2"-diameter stainless steel bar, while the 79 series uses a 3/4" stainless steel bar. The bar is always provided in US32D. Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. It can be opened from the inside as normal with your foot or hand. A very inexpensive security lock.

The Swivel Glide 5/8" Outside Diameter with Ferrule Outside Holding Clip is used on American Desk, Artco Bell, Carter Craft, Krueger, Peabody and Virco Chairs. Metal base glides are very popular in schools and institutions and move easily across smooth or carpeted floors.  Metal base glides are nickel plated and are extremely durable, but when they do wear out, they will scratch the floor.  The glide freely swivels beyond 30 degree angle.
