Older models may be stamped with Scoville or Eaton, which are the companies that used to own Norton.
We sometimes find 20-1624-4001, or 20-1604-4001 stamped on the back of the closer. If your door closer is stamped 20-1603-4001 or 20-1623-4001, you might want to double check the hole spacing. The 20-1603-4001 usually has a hole spacing of 3/4" x 8-3/16", you could use the International Door Closer 853 as a replacement.

We ship the 1601 Norton Door Closer, which is a non size (meaning you can adjust the spring tension), which will work in place of the 1603BC, 1604BC, 1605BC and 1606BC.

The GS520S Rubber Stair Tread with grit stripping has a 1/4" nose thickness which tapers down to 1/8" at the back.  The nose drops down 1-9/16", and the nose is not adjustable and is not tapered. Bobrick B-287 folding utility shelf is wall or partition mounted. The material is type 304 stainless steel in satin finish. The shelf pulls down and stays down with up to 100lbs weight. The unit will return to the up position when not in use. The shelf is 14-1/2" in length by 5-3/4" wide.

The EL Dogging Rod connects the Solenoid to the Push Bar Bracket. The 4' designates the model it is used on. The 4' model is used on doors 48" down to 36". The Rod measures roughly 17" long. This rod is used on the 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Exit Devices. Use part # G050531 if your door is equal or under 36".

Replacement Shoe Assembly for Norton 1600, 9300, 7500 and 8000 series door closers. And Yale 50, 2300, 8000 and 4400 series.
Base measures 11/16" x 2-1/4" with 1-3/4" center to center screw hole mounting. Bracket projects out 15/16". The pin is 3/8" diameter.
