Metal Door Flush Bolt FB458

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. Wood Door Automatic Flush Bolt FB41

H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different. The body size is 1" wide, 8-1/2" tall and 2" deep, the bolts have a 3/4" throw with a 7/8" vertical adjustment.

The 594 is constructed of solid brass. The latch bolt is 5/8 inch half round with a 9/16 inch throw.  The bolt ships with mounting screws and strike. The latch bolt has a chamfered end to draw the door in.

Scranton Stealth Brackets for Integral Hinges 4 brackets included. These brackets help support the plastic pins used with the integral hinge pin system. These brackets help to reinforced the hinge pins so they do not break or the door breaking at the top and bottom.

The offset door pull 44 is 5 inches by 12 inches.  It offers a 2 inch clearance with a 2-1/8 inch projection.  The mounting holes are 10 inches on centers.  The base block is 1 inch by 12 inches.

Fiat Partitions Bottom Door Insert For 1" Doors

Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. The bottom door insert measures 2-1/8" by 1" by 13/16". The insert has one hole, which is 7/32" diameter. The square hole is 29/32" wide by 1". Also known as a Fiat Bathroom Stall Door Insert Bottom 1". Manufacture part # 4700.

Hinged flap rolls down and locks the window shut. We find this window handle is used alot in the western states. The older version had a 1-3/8" hole spacing, but the new one has 1-1/2" hole spacing.
