Von Duprin 8827-F Top Latch Cover Kit - 050465

This is the Top Latch Cover for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted postion.

The Door Pull GHE25 has 6" centers and is constructed of solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel, and is 3/4" in diameter, handles come with thru bolts. The plate come predrilled with counter sunk holes and sheet metal screws in matching finiish.

Bottom Partition Hinge For 1-1/4" Round Edge Post Or Pilaster

Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. The hinge measures 1-1/4" deep by 2-1/8" high by 1-7/16" wide. The U part of the hinge measures 2-1/8" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 11/16". The hole spacing is 1-1/2". The lug projects out 1-3/32" and is 1/2" thick with a 5/16" diameter hole. Also known as a Bathrrom Stall Pivot Hinge - Bottom 1-1/4". Manufacture part # 4040. The Cal Royal GLS7700 Rim Device is for use on Aluminum Framed Glass Doors when the Stile width is 1-3/4 inch or more.  The exit device ships with wood and machine screws, along with the Strike plate.  The stainless steel latch bolt has a 3/4 inch throw. This device is a Grade 1, which is the heaviest duty rating.

Truth 22.17 Awning Window Operator

Surface mounted Truth Awning Window Operator.  The arms span 13-1/4” from rivet to rivet.  The mounting holes measure 6-7/8” on the outside screws center to center, and 6” center to center on the two inside mounting screws.

Truth Awning Operator Guide Bar Clip

This plastic clip was used to hold the older version Guide Bar or Track. The piece measures 3/4" wide, by 5/8" high, with an 11/16" projection. The clip is made of plastic.

The 605CR Rubber Coved Riser goes in the back of the step and acts as a kick plate in the matching color of your stair treads.  The Riser is 7" tall and features a 5/8" cove to aid in cleaning of the back of the step.

The 1010R Rubber Stair Tread features a Rib Design, with grooves all along the fall line.   The round nose is not tapered or adjustable.  The nose is 1/8" thick and tapers to 3/32" at the very back.  The radius of the nose is 3/4". They are designed for interior use.

The size is the size of the exit device.  The 98/99 device 36" would be 33" wide device and the 48" would be for the 45" device.  The 33A/35A the 36" would be for the 35-3/8" wide device and the 48" would be for the 47-3/8" wide device.

Used to support/brace the bottom of partitions and is mounted to the restroom floor. Designed to work with partition panels or pilasters to create stability. Flush Metal Partitions Concealed Latch Housing

Zamac die cast construction. The latch body measures 3-3/8" deep by 1-15/16" high. The face plate is 3-1/4" high. The latch bolt is 11/32" diameter and has a travel of 7/16". Also known as a Flush Metal Bathroom Stall Concealed Latch Housing. Manufacture part # 6606. This part has a 1-1/4" diameter.

B-40 Bobrick surface mounted soap dispenser in a two tone black and grey color. Valve dispenses all purpose soaps. No lock with easy refills. Translucent container provides a visible soap level. The plate is a .050" solid wought plate in either aluminum, brass or stainless steel depending on the finish. The Door Pull GHE21 has 6" centers, handles come with thru bolts. The plates are pre drilled with counter sunk holes and come with sheet metal screws.

Casement Window Operator 9" Arm

Replacement Casement Window Operator is made of a die cast housing and steel arm. The window operator housing has 4 mounting holes, 4-3/4" are the outside dimensions of the outside screws and 3-7/8" on the inside screws.

The Von Durpin 360L Lever Trim has a base measurement of 7-1/2" high by 1-11/16" wide and 7/8" thick. The lever is 4-1/2" and projects out 3". This lever Trim uses a 1-1/4" Mortise Straight Cam Cylinder.

The Monarch / Dor-O-Matic / Falcon 600339 NL Spring Package converts the 179L , 712L, 712K, 912l and 911K to an NL function.   The NL function is  one were the Lever Handle can not be unlocked and left in the unlocked position when the key is removed.   Spring has a 5/8" diameter.  See attached instructions.

The Truth Encore 51.10 Awning Operator is used on windows that open from the bottom and swing out, like a one piece garage door.  When in the closed position, the arms have an approximate length of 15 inches.  The operator ships with the 31879 detach clip, but does not include the 11647 Maxim Slide Shoe.  The slide shoe is the piece that slides in the track at the bottom of the window.   A common number we find on this operator is 41013.  The housing is constructed of die cast metal, and arms are steel.   The complete assembly is electro statically painted.

Truth 13.14 Awning Window Hinge.

The track measures 14" long, and is 11-16" wide. The stack height is 1/2". The arm marked 30128 is 6-3/4" long. And the arm stamped 30127 is 8" long. This hinge is constructed of steel that is powder coated in a tanish gray color. The common numbers found stamped on this hinge are 30128 and 30127

Toilet partition round edge pilaster shoe, stamped stainless steel construction. Pilaster Shoe measures 2" to 24" wide by -1-1/4" thick by 3" high. This size pilaster post shoes are split on one end for easy installation. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Pilaster Post Shoe Round Edge. Used for the base of the support system with pilaster mounting.
