The CRL PR90 is a Grade 1 door closer, the heaviest rating possible.  The template is the same as the LCN 4040 with the same features, latching speed, closing speed, back check and power adjustment from size 1 ADA compliant to size 6.

We offer the Standard Cylinder PR90 and also the Delayed Action PR92. Delayed Action will hold the door open for 15-20 seconds to allow handicap individuals to clear the opening before the door closes.

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF40A or F40A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch 3/8" Bar To Door Clearance

Zamac die cast construction, polished chrome finish. Latch base is 4" high with 2-3/4" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/4" long by 3/4" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 3/8" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. Intermediate Hinge IP-1901 and IP-1902

Cast aluminum construction with steel bearings. The hinge measures 5" high by 2-1/2" wide. This hinge has a 3/4" offset. When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.

Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable on the job for ease of installation. Rubber roller provides quiet and efficient operation, and helps protect the astragal and doors from damage. Norton New Style Replacement Door Closer Springs

This is the replacement door closer spring for the Norton 78, and Yale 1900 Door Closers. Spring measures 2-11/16" diameter by 2" tall. This spring is identifiable by the number stamped on the band that holds the spring together. The band will be stamped either B/D 2/4, or E/F 5/6.

Door Pull Offset 1" Diameter PH-4000

1" Diameter Solid Aluminum Round 3-1/4" Offset Door Pull, usually used on aluminum frame glass doors. This handle offers three different mounting options, one is surface mounted, where the handle is mounted over a mounting stud and then you tighten the set screw to hold the handle in place. The second method is thru bolted, the bolt goes all the way thru the door. And the third is back to were you have two handles mounted back to back.

Cal Royal 2000 Alarmed Exit Device
Alarm units has an internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. Jumper cable is provided to swich to continuous alarm. The key switch to turn the alarm off is a standard 1” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with two switches. One switch monitors the push rail and the other switch monitors the latch bolt for full proof security.

Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY. ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.
