LCN Door Closer 1450 Rw/PA

This new LCN Door Closer is a direct replacement for the Norton 8000 and Yale 3000 Series Door Closers.  It features, a cast aluminum cylinder, 3/4” x 12” hole spacing, 25 year warranty, powder coated finishes, and stick on mounting template.  This door closer comes with the ability to mount on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.   The door closer meets Grade 1-ANSI A156.4, UL/cUL, ADA and the Buy American Act certifications.

Toilet Partition Surface Mounted Black ADA Slide Latch Set W/ Indicator

Stamped stainless steel construction with a Black Finish. Slide lock measures 4-3/16" long by 1-1/8" tall by 15/32" thick. The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. Wood Door Constant Latching Flush Bolt FB61P

The Ives FB61P is used on the inactive leaf of wood fire doors.   The latch remains extend until the active door is opened.   When the active door is opened the latches retract, and extend when the active door is closed.  The bodies measure 1” wide by 8-1/2” tall and 2” deep.  The bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” vertical adjustment, and has a 3/4” backset.   This package comes with the top and bottom flush bolts with screws and strikes.
