International 58L Escutcheon Trim for the 5000 Series Devices

The Cal Royal 4400 Thumbpiece Trim is for use on the 4400 Rim Device only. The plate measures 3-1/2 by 16 inches. The key locks or unlocks the thumbpiece. This plate ships with a 6 pin solid brass "C" keyway rim cylinder. And only comes in brushed chrome and dark bronze finishes.

Occupancy Indicator Latch Handle is constructed of cast stainless steel with a satin finish. Latch handle is designed for 3/4" Doors and is through mounted to the occupancy indicator. Features a 4-1/2" length handle that is tapered at one end to engage with keeper for locking. Features emergency unlatching access on front of indicator. Shipped with fasteners for mounting occupancy indicator to door and pilaster. Known as manufacturer part number 4993. 

Hadrain Partitions 8" wrap door kit for Solid Plastic material. Comes in anodized aluminum finish and are desgned for 1" thick material only. You will need to choose In or Out swing when ordering. Can be used as right or left hand as hinges are field reversible. To hand handing, this can be done by taking the 3 pieces apart and reconfiguring the opposite swing. Defender Window Hinge 12” Sold in Pairs

This hinge is used on aluminum, vinyl and wood windows.  They are fitted with a unique plastic raiser block which guarantees a sure fit.  This hinge is 12” long,  has a 1/2” stack height and measures 11/16” wide and is constructed of Stainless Steel.  We sometimes see Securistyle or made in the UK stamped on the hinge.

The 1010R Rubber Stair Tread features a Rib Design, with grooves all along the fall line.   The round nose is not tapered or adjustable.  The nose is 1/8" thick and tapers to 3/32" at the very back.  The radius of the nose is 3/4". They are designed for interior use.

The 7020 is a smooth surface rubber stair tread.   These treads come in Square and Round Nose, this page is for the Round Nose, for Square Nose search 7020. The treads are 1/4" thick at the nose and taper to 3/16" at the rear. For the Grit Stripped version is not available for the round nose treads. They are designed for interior use.

The 8827 Special Chassis Nut goes on the ends of the 8827 Chassis Tie Rod. The Nut is threaded all the way through so the cover mounting screws can then be threaded on it also. The nut is 3/8" long by 1/4" hex.

Truth 13.14 Awning Window Hinge.

The track measures 14" long, and is 11-16" wide. The stack height is 1/2". The arm marked 30128 is 6-3/4" long. And the arm stamped 30127 is 8" long. This hinge is constructed of steel that is powder coated in a tanish gray color. The common numbers found stamped on this hinge are 30128 and 30127

The Detex D Lever Trim is used on the 10, 20, 21 and 27 Series exit devices. The D Lever is designed to be as heavy duty as their exit devices. It features a break-away lever to prevent damage. The escutcheon measures 2-3/4 x 9-1/16 inches, with a plate thickness of 7/8 inch. We ship the classroom function, which locks and unlocks the lever.

The 620D Rubber Stair Tread comes in two versions, Square Nose and Round Nose.  This page is for the Square Nose, Search 620DRN for the Round Nose Version.   This tread offers an 1/8" nose thickness, has an adjustable and tapered nose. They are designed for interior use.

Von Dupin 22 Plastic Cap Only

This is the end cap that goes on the hinge side of the door. When the cap breaks off the Dogging Cover Plate just slides off. Works on all of the Von Duprin 22 exit devices. If you need the bracket also, please order part # G22R10. Black plastic contruction. As of October 1, 2014, Von Duprin no longer sells just the Plastic Cap Only. Older models may be stamped with Scoville or Eaton, which are the companies that used to own Norton.
We sometimes find 20-1624-4001, or 20-1604-4001 stamped on the back of the closer. If your door closer is stamped 20-1603-4001 or 20-1623-4001, you might want to double check the hole spacing. The 20-1603-4001 usually has a hole spacing of 3/4" x 8-3/16", you could use the International Door Closer 853 as a replacement.

We ship the 1601 Norton Door Closer, which is a non size (meaning you can adjust the spring tension), which will work in place of the 1603BC, 1604BC, 1605BC and 1606BC.
