The steel paddle is photo-luminescent sign providing managed security and a 100 decibel alarm for secondary exits. Plunger Type Holder / Stop FS1153

This plunger type door holder manufactured by H.B. Hadrian's new style 7/15/19 partition Ada latch knob with set screw included. The latch is ADA compliant and meets barrier free codes.  They are constructed of Zamac die cast metal that is then chrome plated and polished. This part is used on Hadrian Partitions and will replace the old style concealed turn latch. The new manufacturer's part number is 601150, but also associates with old parts and replaces 601100, 601110, 601200. This new turn latch with set screw and cover will replace all standard or old Ada latches prior to 8/1/2019.

1600 Series Master Key #'s by Master Lock starts with a "F" and has 3 numbers after it. The master key will open all locks associated with that master key. If you do not know what master key you have you must destroy a lock and look under the black dial portion of the lock for a red flag that is 1/8"x3/8" with a stamped key number on it. This lock will be destroyed completely and will not be able to be used again. You either are buying locks with master keys and need to order as new series or you have an existing master key series that start with F or S.

The Barracuda Model DSO is for Out Swinging 36" Doors and provides up to 550 pounds of security.   It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the lever or knob set with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage.

Doromatic 2390 Exit Device

The GS920R One-Piece Rubber Stair Tread has a 3/16" thick nose and tapers to 5-16" at the back.  The nose is adjustable and tapered for a perfect fit.  The benefit of a one piece tread is the ease of cleanng, there is not a groove at the back of the step to collect debris. You have two choices on the Grit Stripping, the Visual Impaired 1-2" wide or 2-3/4" wide grit tape strips. They are designed for interior use.

Polished Brass Kick Plate

Solid brass kick plate, polished to mirror finish.  We can no longer get the solid brass plates, the lifetime polished brass will be shipped in its place.

Kick Plates come pre drilled with screws.

I would highly recommend the Lifetime Brass if these plates are going to be mounted outside. Solid brass is soft, and tends to dent easily and the clear coat can be compromised. The Lifetime Brass plates do not require a clear and will last a lot, lot longer!

Metal Door Automatic Flush Bolts FB31P

Fully automatic-inactive door is latched, bolts are extended when active door closes, door is unlatched, bolts retract when active door is opened. The Ives FB31P Body is 1” wide by 6-3/4” long and 2” deep. Bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” adjustment with a 3/4” backset,  standard rod is 12” which is measured from the center of latch body to the bolt tip.

Rods are also available in 18”, 24” and 36”, call for pricing.  We ship the 12” rods, and this set would include the top and bottom latches.

Full length aluminum door stop for 3/4" material used with phenolic commercial toilet partitions or posts that are 3/4" thick. This product will help any gap from the front view of the toilet stall door on the latch side. For an out swing door the slide bolt latch locks onto the opposite side of the bumper. For an in swing door the kit comes with a simple stainless steel keeper that is mounted on the inside of the stall on the post for the latch to lock to. This kit is used for an inswing or an outswing door. The spec sheet is attached, the overall height is 53-1/2". The product is made by Global Partitions with part numbers 40-8454500 and 40-8262370.
