Partition Anti-Grip Headrail 1" X 95" Type B Aluminum

Extruded anodized aluminum construction. The cross section measures 2-3/4" high by 1-3/32" by 95" long. The part that fits on top of the pilaster is 1" wide by 3/4" deep. The wall thickness on this part is 3/64". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Headrail. Manufacture part # 80042.

10" and 12" only, if you have an older larger size, please use the A.W. Anderberg 301ST or A.W. Anderberg 301SS as a replacement. You might have to shim the tracks in these cases, because the stack height is lower on the steel and stainless steel hinges. A.W. Anderberg no longer makes the larger sizes of the Aluminum Hinges due to the brittle nature of aluminum.

Sold individually, we recommend changing both hinges with you are replacing the hinge.

The Matte Black Hadrian Continuous L Bracket is constructed of stainless steel and measures 1-1/2"Wx1-1/4"Hx57-1/2"L. These are not designed to be through bolted together. Designed to be mounted on the inside of a partitions stall so hardware is not visible from the outside. Bracket comes with fasteners to install. Known as manufacturers part number H60358-BLK.

Hadrian Partitions Aluminum Headrail for 1" thick material Type A used on overhead braced floor mounted Solid Plastic Partitions. The headrail goes over the top of the pilaster which is 1" for the headrail to fit over the top of the pilaster. The slot is for 1/4" curtain hook. The headrail bolts to the pilaster for stability at the top. Overall dimension is 1-1/4"x1-3/4"ht. Also known as part number 620060, 620074.

Two Ear Stainless Steel Partition Bracket for 1/2" Panel. This is used with a 1/2" thick panel only. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" and height is 3", and sticks out from the wall 2-1/2". The overall width is 3-1/4". The screw holes are 1/4" diameter at 8 places. This is also known as 2209. The stainless steel is flat and rolled to form a two ear partition bracket.

Installation and Programming Instructions

Full length aluminum door stop for 3/4" material used with phenolic commercial toilet partitions or posts that are 3/4" thick. This product will help any gap from the front view of the toilet stall door on the latch side. For an out swing door the slide bolt latch locks onto the opposite side of the bumper. For an in swing door the kit comes with a simple stainless steel keeper that is mounted on the inside of the stall on the post for the latch to lock to. This kit is used for an inswing or an outswing door. The spec sheet is attached, the overall height is 53-1/2". The product is made by Global Partitions with part numbers 40-8454500 and 40-8262370.

For use on the Doromatic 1790 exit devices only. It will not work on the other Doromatic exit devices.  This lever trim is now field reversible, the handing can be changed in the field.

Toilet partition continuous door stop for powder coated steel partitions, this has a slight round edge for attaching. The length is 57" and is used on a 1-1/4" slight round edge pilaster for mounting. Used with 1" doors and has a concealed turn latch with the pin coming out the center edge of the door. The hole spacing for the slot is 28-1/2" dead center of unit. The slot for the bolt to lock to is 7/16" wide x 5/8"ht. This helps with blocking the door gaps on the locking side of the door. Metpar Partitions Concealed Latch Knob And Cover

Zamac die cast construction with polished chrome plating. Outside diameter of the knob and cover are 1-3/4" with the inner ring diameter of 1-7/32". Cover lugs project out 1-7/32" .
