The Concealed Mount Push and Pull Plate Sets feature an 1/8 inch push plate with a 1/20 inch plate plate. The handle is surface mounted with thru mounted studs. 8 inch center handles are 3/4 inch diameter, 10 in and 12 inch center handles are 1 inch diameter.

The Adams Rite 31-0265-01-IP is used on the current versions of their devices for Cylinder Dogging. Cylinder Dogging is when you have a Mortise Cylinder to lock the device in the unlocked positions (Dogged). Very similar to the Hex Key Dogging Assembly, but the mounting plate is longer.

The Detex D Lever Trim is used on the 10, 20, 21 and 27 Series exit devices. The D Lever is designed to be as heavy duty as their exit devices. It features a break-away lever to prevent damage. The escutcheon measures 2-3/4 x 9-1/16 inches, with a plate thickness of 7/8 inch. We ship the classroom function, which locks and unlocks the lever.

The 4590 Deadlatch Paddle is constructed of extruded aluminum and anodized to clear 628, dark bronze 313 or black 335. Adams Rite 91-0993-IP 8700/8800 Strike is used on the rim devices that have the Star Wheel Latching System.  The strike measures 2-3/4" long by 1-3/4" wide and projects out approximately 1/2".   Kit comes with mounting screws and two shims.

The Republic steel #10, also known Berger #10 locker handle was made from 1960-1962. This was one of the only locker handles Republic Storage used in this time period. However, back them they were called Berger, then Republic-Berger, then Republic Steel, now they go by Republic Storage. The locker handle is 3″ overall length, 13/16″ tall, and 7/16″ wide. The lugs are 3/4″ on center and use a 8/32 x 1/2″ screw for fastening to the lock bar. The locker handle is made of a die cast material and then chrome plated. This is the same trusted Von Duprin 99 with Electric Latch Retraction, also known as EL.

The EL feature allows for the remote unlatching of exit devices. A control station operator can flip a switch to retract the latch bolt and immediately change an exit door to push-pull operation. A powerful, continuous duty solenoid retracts the latch bolt, either for momentary unlatching, or for extended periods of time. The EL feature is an alternative to manual dogging.

The rim device is non-handed.
