Von Duprin 3327A Exit Device Only

3327A and 3527A for all types of single and double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. The 3527A has a smooth mechanism case and the 3327A has grooved case. 3327A/3527A fits door stiles as narrow as 1-3/4". Newly designed device has a one piece center case cover.

The 1010R Rubber Stair Tread features a Rib Design, with grooves all along the fall line.   The sqaure nose is not tapered or adjustable.  The nose is 1/8" thick and tapers to 3/32" at the very back. They are designed for interior use.

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF40A or F40A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Metal Based Swivel Glide for round tubing.  9/16" O.D. X 7/16" I.D. With Ferrule. Heywood Wakefield replacement chair feet. Metal chair foot with a 1 1/4" diameter base. Metal base glides are very popular in schools and institutions and move easily across smooth or carpeted floors.  Metal base glides are nickel plated and are extremely durable, but when they do wear out, they will scratch the floor.  The glide freely swivels beyond 30 degree angle.
