Clear anodized aluminum construction. Base is 4-1/2" tall by 2" wide by 1/8" thick. Latch bolt is 3-1/8" long by 1" wide by 1/4" thick, and has a 1" throw. The Jackson 1095P Paddle Exit Device is designed for use on narrow style aluminum storefront doors.  It features the same housing as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of a cross bar.  This peice is designed for aluminum or steel doors, it will not work on wood doors.   The device mounts on surface studs that need to be drilled and tapped on the door, if the door is wood, the threads will simply pull out.
