Mills Partitions ADA Concealed Slide Bolt Latch Concealed Chrome Plated

Covers are polished chrome plated. Latch cover plates are 1-3/4" wide by 1-3/8" high. The latch switch is 1-15/32" wide. The latch bolt is 3/8" diameter. The spacing between the cover and the latch 1-1-32". This is a one of a kind latch. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Concealed Latch. Manufacture part # 4230, HDWT T290.

Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. It can be opened from the inside as normal with your foot or hand. A very inexpensive security lock.

Von Duprin 8827 Top Latch Case for non fire rated doors. This is the part that may be causing your bottom latch to drag on the floor. The Top Latch does all the work on the Von Duprin 8827. When the Top Latch is retracted, it holds the rods in the retracted postion.

The Ives Roller Latch RL32 is constructed of Brass and Plated to your desired finish.  The body measures 1-1/8" wide by 2-1/4" high and 2-1/4" deep.  The roller is constructed of Nylon, and has an adjustable projection up to 1/2".  Fits a standard heavy-duty cylindrical lock cutout.

Von Duprin 8827-F Top Latch Cover Kit - 050465

This is the Top Latch Cover for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted postion.
