Gravity Door Coordinator 9"

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.

Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable on the job for ease of installation. Rubber roller provides quiet and efficient operation, and helps protect the astragal and doors from damage. Swivel Glide 5/8" O.D. X 1/2" I.D. W Ferrule-Nylon Base. Swivel glide, grips inside of leg, see "More View" for picture of clip. Used by Peabody and other manufacturers. These Metal furniture feet have a 1 1/4" in diameter base with nylon bottom. Metal base glides with nylon base are very popular in schools and institutions and move easily across smooth or carpeted floors.  Metal base glides are nickel plated and are extremely durable, but when they do wear out, they will scratch the floor.  These swivel base chair glides freely swivel beyond 30 degree angle. The reinforcing pivot hinge is a good way to solve door sag issues. And also be a preventative solutions for future isses with extra heavy or wide doors. The hinges comes in two sizes 4 or 4.5 inches, and two finishes, prime coat and satin chrome. The hinge uses a heavy duty ball-bearing to add extra life.  The base metal is steel.

Square Plastic Chair Tips for Square Tubing chair legs with a 1" Outside Diameter X 15/16" Inside Diameter chair Leg. This tip is a rocker style tip for use with slanted square chair legs and comes in black only.

The Burns 618 Locking Pocket Door Latch is 2-3/4 inches tall by 2-1/2 inches deep. The mortise dimensions are 2-5/16 inches tall by 1-7/8 inch deep. Base metal is Brass or Aluminum depending on the finish.

The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel. The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection. This is the most common type of handle you use today.  Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle. This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes. The back to back mounting is for Metal or Wood Doors that are 1-3/4 thick. Included fastener is threaded into one of the handles, and the Stud End has fits into the inside handle and is held in place by a set screw on the handle.

This door handle is made of 1" round stock in either solid, alumunum, brass or stainless steel. It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. Also known as a Offset Door Handle or Door Grip, and Storefront door handle.

Finishes

The offset door pull 44 is 5 inches by 12 inches.  It offers a 2 inch clearance with a 2-1/8 inch projection.  The mounting holes are 10 inches on centers.  The base block is 1 inch by 12 inches.

The 520S Rubber Stair Tread has a 1/4" nose thickness which tapers down to 1/8" at the back.  The nose drops down 1-9/16", and the nose is not adjustable and is not tapered. They are designed for interior use.

Acorn Sweep Lock 2-1/4"

This sweep latch has a hole spaceing of 2-1/4" between screws. Also known as a Window Lock or Double Hung Window Lock. Acorn Sweep Lock.

The Von Duprin 22, 33, 33A, 98 and 99 dogging shaft is the current dogging shaft. And has been in production since 1998.   If your device is from before 1998, then you would use the 050709.   This is the piece that the dogging key would fit into. The shaft is for a 5/32" dog key. #4 on diagram

Reinforced Rubber Chair Tips For 1" Outside Diameter Round Legs

One of the biggest problems with rubber chair tips is the metal leg punching through the rubber feet. This happens because the metal chair legs are sharp and blunt. By installing a chair tube cap first, the rubber chair leg has more of a surface area to displace the weight.
