Bobrick Partition Bottom Door Insert For 1" Door

Top Partition Hinge For 1-1/4" Round Edge Post Or Pilaster

Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. The outside dimensions of the hinge are 1-1/4" deep by 2-1/2" high by 1-7/16" wide. The U mounting channel is 2-1/8" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 11/16". The mounting holes are 1-1/2" apart on center. The Partition Privacy Covers, Great for Restroom Partition Door Gaps. Block's gaps between door and pilaster for both sides. Includes 2 per package, one for each side of door, 58" Tall.  The Cover is just under 2" wide with the clear rigid vinyl mounting strip being 7/8" wide, and the cover being 1-1/8" wide. This product ships in an oversize box ground. This product is not recommended for solid plastic partitions, HDPE or solid polymer material. This is great for powder coated steel, plastic laminate, stainless steel and solid phenolic materials only.

Color Chart

Full length aluminum door stop for 3/4" material used with phenolic commercial toilet partitions or posts that are 3/4" thick. This product will help any gap from the front view of the toilet stall door on the latch side. For an out swing door the slide bolt latch locks onto the opposite side of the bumper. For an in swing door the kit comes with a simple stainless steel keeper that is mounted on the inside of the stall on the post for the latch to lock to. This kit is used for an inswing or an outswing door. The spec sheet is attached, the overall height is 53-1/2". The product is made by Global Partitions with part numbers 40-8454500 and 40-8262370.

Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The headrail retun kit will work with the 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4" thickness headrails from ASI. This kit includes (2) Brackets, (2) Wall Anchoring Screws, (2) Plastic Anchors, (4) Fastening Screws and (1) Headrail End Cap. Can be used to run across the top of partitions either between two wall or runnning from a rear wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail (9A84) Manufacturer Part# 40-8448100.

Zamac die cast construction, polished chrome finish. Latch base is 4-1/2" high with 3-1/2" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/32" long by 1" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed.
