Metal Door Flush Bolt FB458

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. We try to stock the 12" rods, which are standard, but we can also get 18", 24", 36" and 48"

Ives Part # FB458

The Emco R1 Wall Rack system is perfect for hotels, restaurants, churches and schools. It is easy to install and built to last.  They project 12-1/8" from the wall and the support brackets are 12" high and 1-7/16" wide.  The slats measure 3/4" by 1" rectangle with a wall thickness of .062" and are constructed of extruded aluminum and have plastic end closures.  The mounting brackets are made of cast aluminum that is powder coated black.  For the slats we have the option of Silver Anodized Aluminum or Bronze Acrylic Coated Aluminum.  We show the more popular sizes on the website, but we can get these up to 50' long.  Manufacturer will use slip joints so the rack can ship UPS/FEDEX.  Hangers are not included.

Automatic Floor Type Holder and Stop

Cast brass construction, and then chrome plated. Measures 3-11/16" high by 3" wide with a 1-15/16" projection. The strike is 1-3/16" high. Spring loaded brass roller, rolls over the the strike to lock the door in the open position. To release, just give the door a tug.

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF40A or F40A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. This hinge is used on aluminum, vinyl and wood windows.  They are fitted with a unique plastic raiser block which guarantees a sure fit.  This hinge is 12” long,  has a 1/2” stack height and measures 11/16” wide and is constructed of Stainless Steel.  We sometimes see Securistyle or made in the UK stamped on the hinge.
