The International 8000 Series End Cap is used on the hinge side of the the exit device.  This cap includes the mounting bracket and the mounting screws.   It is constructed of a die cast metal for years of service.  The piece measures 2-3/8" by 2-1/4" by 1-1/2".  This end cap is used on the International Door Closer models, 8510S, 8610S, 8710S, 8810S, 8620S, 8530S, and 8650S devices, along with the same devices ending in F.

This handle has 5-1/2" centers on the mounting screws. And has a 2" diameter base. It features a 2-1/4" projection with a 1-1/2" clearance. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. The handle ships with thru bolts and finish washers.

The Cal-Royal 2000 and 9000 Dogging Assembly is used on the 2200 and 9800 Series Exit Devices which include the 2200, 2260, 9800 and 9860.  The assembly uses a 7/32 inch dog key.

Metal Door Flush Bolt FB458

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. We try to stock the 12" rods, which are standard, but we can also get 18", 24", 36" and 48"

This door handle has an overall length of 7-1/2". The base diameters are 2" with three holes each. The handle projects out 2-1/4" and has a clearance of 1-1/2". Also known as a Door Grip or Door Handle. This handle ships with 6 wood/sheet metal screws.

The reinforcing pivot hinge is a good way to solve door sag issues. And also be a preventative solutions for future isses with extra heavy or wide doors. The hinges comes in two sizes 4 or 4.5 inches, and two finishes, prime coat and satin chrome. The hinge uses a heavy duty ball-bearing to add extra life.  The base metal is steel.

The Adams Rite 31-0265-01-IP is used on the current versions of their devices for Cylinder Dogging. Cylinder Dogging is when you have a Mortise Cylinder to lock the device in the unlocked positions (Dogged). Very similar to the Hex Key Dogging Assembly, but the mounting plate is longer.

This bracket connects the rods to the exit device. The traveller measures 4-1/8" long by 7/8" wide by 1/4" deep. Roller has a 3/8" diameter roller.
