Monarch 24 / 25 Series Channel End Cap Kit

This end cap is used on the Falcon 24 and 25 series devices.  Used to go by then number 600270, but the factory is now using the number 650294.  Includes bracket, screws and end cap.

Monarch 19 Series End Cap

Black plastic end cap measures 2-1/16" high by 1-5/8" wide with a 1-7/16" projection. Cap mounts on to the two mounting holes fo the End Cap Bracket which are about 9/16" on center.

Door Pull 21

This handle has a cross section dimension of 1/2" x 1" and is made of half round (underside is round) stock. The handle projects out 2-1/8" with a clearance of 1-5/8". This handle is available in 6" and 8" center to center mounting holes, but can be made in different Center to Center dimensions. This product is also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. The handle ships with thru bolts and matching finish washers.

Finishes

The 591 manual flush bolt is for wood doors and is UL listed. It is constructed of solid brass. The face plate is 1 x 6-3/4 inches. The mortised body is 6 inches high by 1-3/8 deep by 1 inch thick. The screw spacing is 1/2 by 6-1/4 inches on centers.

LCN Door Closer Parallel Arm Shoe

This is the shoe that LCN uses on some of there door closers for the parallel arm mounted door closers. A parallel arm closer is a door closer that has the arm parallel to the door when the door is closed. This part is also known as the 1260-62PA, 1460-62PA, 4030-62PA, and 4040-62PA. Ships with mounting screws.

Used on the Dor-o-Matic 1490, 1690, 1990 and 2390 Concealed Vertical Rod Exit and Panic Devices. The plate measures 1" x 1-1/16" with 4 holes. The mounting holes are 11/16" x 11/16" on center. The diameter of the pin is 7/16" and projects out 5/32". Ships with mounting screws and 3 shim plates.

The Adams Rite Metal End Cap is for the hinge side of the door and replaces the plastic version (25-0471).  This cap can be used on the 3100, 3300, 3600, 3700, 3900, 8100, 8200, 8300, 8400, 8500, 8600, 8700, 8800 and 8900.  We find the number 23-0600 cast in to the end cap.

The plate is .050" wought solid aluminum, stainless steel, or brass depending on the finish. The Door Pull GHE10, handles come with thru bolts. The plate has counter sunk holes and sheet metal screws in matching finish.

2090 parts breakdown

The Cal Royal 938 Surface Strike is used on the 6600, 7700 and 5000 Series Rim Devices.  The strike includes all the mounting screws.

The 459 Flush Door Pull measures 3-3/8 x 4-3/4 x 1/8 inch.  The opening size is 1-3/4 by 3-1/2 inches.  The mortised pocket would need to be 3-3/4 by 2-13/16 and 11/16 deep. The flush pull ships with mounting screws in the matching finish.

The 524T has 1-1/4 inch diameter by 2-1/2 inches tall. It is constructed of brass and then powder coated flat black or brushed chrome plated. This stop ships with a lead anchor, 12-24 x 1 inch machine screw, #12 x 1-1/2 inch SMS with plastic anchor.

Jackson Exit Device 1285/1295 Dogging Assembly
