The SVTOPLTCH is the top latch for the 8400 and 9400 Dorma Surface Vertical Rod. If your 8400 or 9400 has the ability to be Dogged open, this would be the Top Latch.  If your door is Fire Rated, can not be dogged open, then you would need the FSVTOPLTCH.

The 422SB Push Bar is the same as our popular 422, except it only has a single bend. The bar is made of 1 inch diameter solid aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel. It has a projection of 2-1/8 inches with a clearance of 1-1/8 inches. The bar is fastened to the door with a 5/16-18 thru bolt. Each bar is custom made to order.

Monarch Exit Device 912L Lever Trim

The 912L measures 7-1/4" high by 1-3/4" wide and the mounting plate is 5/8" thick.  We ship these with the Dane Lever, which projects out 2-7/8" in the Classroom function.  This lever is for use on the Monarch/Falcon 19 Series.  On the Night Latch function the key locks and unlocks the lever handle, the Key Cylinder is not included.  This lever trim is field reversible, so handing is not needed.  We offer this Lever Trim in Painted Aluminum, Painted Dark Bronze, and Brushed Satin Nickel.

The Falcon/Monarch Fire Rated Top Latch is used on the F-19-V, F-24-V, F-25-V, F-18-V and F-XX-V Surface Vertical Rods.  The new number from Falcon is 650375, the old Monarch Number was F588.  This latch is used on the above devices that are Fire Rated, meaning you can not dog these device in the Unlock Position.  If your device has the ability to be dogged open, then use the G588 Non Fire Rated Version

Monarch 25-V Center Case Kit

International Door Closer 8052 Delayed Action

Norton 7700 Series Power Track Arm

Arm is shipped will all of the necessary hardware. This assembly includes the 7701ST-1AT Adjusting Head and Tube Assembly, and the 7701ST-1AR Adjusting Rod Assembly. The square shaft measures 7/16" x 7/16". The aluminum finish ships within 24 hours, dark bronze will take a little longer.

The Von Dupin 1439 Strike measures 1-7/8 horizontal x 1-3/4 inches vertically.  The strike has a projection of 1/2 inch.  We find this strike used on the 33A and 35A exit devices.

The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 12 and 18 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1-1/4 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color).
