Von Duprin Exit Devices 608/696/880/990 Trim Grip

Replacement Grip/Handle only, screws not included. Cast bronze construction, and then plated to the selected finish. The Grip measures 15/16" wide by 6" long. The center to center hole spacing is 5-1/2". This handle works on the Von Duprin 608, 696, 880, and 990 outside trim plates.

The 422 x 422 Push Bar Set is constructed of 1 inch diameter solid stock, and is shipped to your specified center to center dimensions. The push bar has a 1-1/8 clearance and 2-1/8 inch projection. The set ships with back to back fasteners.

The E Trim Solenoid PKG is used on the FSA/FSE Electric Lock/Unlock Lever Trims.   It is sometimes called the 600293 FSA/FSE Solenoid Kit.  The unit measure 1-1/2" long by 3/4" diameter.  The hole spacing on the mounting bracket is 3/4" on centers.

We sometimes find 20-1624-4001, or 20-1604-4001 stamped on the back of the closer. If your door closer is stamped 20-1603-4001 or 20-1623-4001, you might want to double check the hole spacing. The 20-1603-4001 usually has a hole spacing of 3/4" x 8-3/16", you could use the International Door Closer 853 as a replacement.

We ship the 1601 Norton Door Closer, which is a non size (meaning you can adjust the spring tension), which will work in place of the 1603BC, 1604BC, 1605BC and 1606BC.

The Cal Royal Escutcheon 4400 Lever Trim is non handed (easily field reversible), thru-bolted, rigid non clutch lever for the 4400 Rim Device. The key locks or unlocks the lever. The Escutcheon measures 2-3/4 by 8-1/2 inches, the lever length is 4-3/4 inches.

The Cal-Royal 6600 Rim Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 4-1/2 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The 48 inch device has an actual length of 44 inches and can be cut down 12 inch (34 inch actual).  Devices ships with 938 Strike and all the mounting screws.

The Concealed Mount Push and Pull Plate Sets feature an 1/8 inch push plate with a 1/20 inch plate plate. The handle is surface mounted with thru mounted studs. 8 inch center handles are 3/4 inch diameter, 10 in and 12 inch center handles are 1 inch diameter.

Full Mortise Double Acting Spring Hinge

Used mainly for commercial kitchen doors,  or any commercial double swinging door.   Sold in sets of 2 hinges, they will handle doors up to 75 lbs that are 1-3/4" thick.   If you door weighs between 75 and 107 lbs, you should use 3 hinges.  The door flange is designed for a standard 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" template mortise.   Hinges ship with wood and metal mounting screws. They come in a standard Painted Primed Finish Gray.

The Jackson 1095P Paddle Exit Device is designed for use on narrow style aluminum storefront doors.  It features the same housing as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of a cross bar.  This peice is designed for aluminum or steel doors, it will not work on wood doors.   The device mounts on surface studs that need to be drilled and tapped on the door, if the door is wood, the threads will simply pull out.

The Von Duprin 9927 Surface Vertical Rod Center Case Cover replaces your old 1 or 3 piece cover.

The Von Duprin Cover comes with mounting bracket and all screws.

The CRL PR90 is a Grade 1 door closer, the heaviest rating possible.  The template is the same as the LCN 4040 with the same features, latching speed, closing speed, back check and power adjustment from size 1 ADA compliant to size 6.

We offer the Standard Cylinder PR90 and also the Delayed Action PR92. Delayed Action will hold the door open for 15-20 seconds to allow handicap individuals to clear the opening before the door closes.
