Ives Roller Latch RL32

The Ives Roller Latch RL32 is constructed of Brass and Plated to your desired finish.  The body measures 1-1/8" wide by 2-1/4" high and 2-1/4" deep.  The roller is constructed of Nylon, and has an adjustable projection up to 1/2".  Fits a standard heavy-duty cylindrical lock cutout.

Von Duprin Strike 1609

This strike is used when we have a double door application without a center post. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the Von Duprin 22/2227, 88/8827, 98/9827 and 99/9927 combinations, but not with the Fire Rated Versions. The strike base measures 1-1/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, the lip projects out 7/8". The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.

The Falcon Doromatic Adjustable Mortise STrike STK70 is used on their mullions.  This is the strike that fits in the tear drop shapped mullion. They measure 2-3/8 inches tall by 1-7/16 inches wide and are 1" thick.  They are sold in sets, enough for 1 mullion.

Wood Door Automatic Flush Bolt FB41

H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different. The body size is 1" wide, 8-1/2" tall and 2" deep, the bolts have a 3/4" throw with a 7/8" vertical adjustment.

Von Duprin Strike 264

This strike measures 2-7/8" tall by 1-1/4" wide with a roller projection of 9/16". Used on the Von Duprin 22, 88, 98 and 99 when a lower profile strike is need in place of the Von Duprin 299 Strike. The hole spacing is 2-1/8" on center, and it ships with mounting screws and a shim. Also known as a Von Duprin Surface Roller Strike.

International 53K01 Lever Trim

The International 53K01 Lever Trim is for the 5000 Series International Door Closer exit device.  The rose diameter is 3-3/8", with a lever length of 4",  and the projection is 3".  Available in Aluminum or Dark Bronze colors.   Available in Dummy, Passage, Classroom and Storeroom functions.   Classroom function the  key locks and unlocks the Lever Handle, if you turn the key one way it is  only unlocked for that one passage, if you turn the key the other way, the Lever is unlocked until it is locked again.   Storeroom/Night Latch function the Lever is always locked. Passage the lever is always free to open the door, it is never locked.  Dummy the lever is stiff and only acts as a pull.

Gravity Door Coordinator

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.

Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable on the job for ease of installation. Rubber roller provides quiet and efficient operation, and helps protect the astragal and doors from damage. Nylon roller on short arm glides smoothly over door bracket and strike, ensuring silent operation. Made of forged brass.
