Dorma RTS88 Series overhead concealed door closer for both
single and double-acting doors. The RTS88 will consist of a steel
cam, rollers, and springs housed in a compact cast iron body.
Closers will be capable of being installed in minimum 1-3/4" x 4"
headers. RTS88 will have maximum door opening to 90º or 105º,
trim conditions permitting. Sweep and latch speed will be
controlled by two noncritical adjustment valves from 90º or 105º
to closed. Built-in pressure relief valve will protect the closer from
abuse caused by forced closing. A mechanical backcheck
combined with a positive stop at 90º or 105º will be provided to
protect the door and frame. The RTS88 closer will be available
with hold open at 90º or 105º, or without hold open. The product
shown here is just the replacement cylinder.

The Detex V40 ValueSeries Rim Device is their economical exit device.  The device only comes in powder coated aluminum or black. The standard 36 inch model measures 32-7/8 inches wide.  The unit ships with strike all the mounting screws and a hex dog key.

LCN Door Closer 4050 Rw/PA

This new LCN Door Closer is a direct replacement for the Norton 7500 and Yale 4400 Door Closers.  It features, a cast aluminum cylinder, 2-3/8” x 6-3/4” hole spacing, 25 year warranty, powder coated finishes, and stick on mounting template.  This door closer comes with the ability to mount on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.   The door closer meets Grade 1-ANSI A156.4, UL/cUL, ADA and the Buy American Act certifications.

The Adams Rite P8800 is the same device as the 8800 Star Wheel exit device, except it has a Pullman Latch, which is more popular.  Push bar Length Standard sizes: dimensioned for 30, 36, 42, and 48 inch openings. Standard width bars can be field cut to the next smallest opening width.

The Detex ECL-230D Alarmed Exit Device is a battery operated, rugged deadbolt panic device. The steel paddle is photo-luminescent sign providing managed security and a 100 decibel alarm for secondary exits. The device features a single point 1" dead bolt, attack resistant design withstands over 2200 pounds of outside pull force and is non handed. Locking and unlocking the dead bolt always arms and disarms the alarm.  Rim Cylinder is not included.

The Doromatic 1790 rim device is typically used in applications where maintenance is a concern because the rim device has fewer parts and pieces than current exit devices. The result is less maintenance and adjustment. The streamlined design has no openings for chains, reducing the risk for code infringements and offering increased building security by eliminating the possibility of tampering and forced entry through the use of coat hangers and other tools. The Doromatic 1790 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 2090 series crossbar device.

Shipped with all screws and strikes. If you wish to use a key cylinder on the exterior, you will need the 1790 NL/HB Cylinder Assembly, 179CA.

The heavy-duty 8900 Series non-handed surface applied closer
with adjustable spring power and backcheck positioning adjustment.
The 8900 has intensity adjustable hydraulic backcheck
that will take effect at approximately 65º. The 8900 has two

latch closing speeds. The backcheck positioning valve maintains
an effective backcheck range on parallel arm applications. The

LCN Door Closer 4040SE Track Assembly 4040SE-3038

Complete replacement LCN Sentronic Track.
Replaces all Sentronic tracks for the 3130SE, 4010SE, 4110SE and 4040SE Closers.

The Von Dupin PS902 is used to supply power to their MEL Exits, along with the Dor-O-Matic, Falcon and Monarch MEL Exits. Standard features are UL294 Listed for Access Control, Class 2 Rated Power Input, Regulated and filtered DC Outputs.  The PS902 is a 2A @ 12 or 24 VDC.  We ship the PS902-2RS, which has 2 Relay board output.

The Command Access VLP-KIT is a replacement for end of Life Solenoid powered Von Duprin exits. The VLPKIT is a field installable solenoid latch pullback baserail for 36 inch Von Duprin 33/35 and 98/99 series devices.

The Detex V40xNS is designed for Narrow Stile Doors with a stile width of at least 2". The 36 inch is 34-7/8 inches wide overall, and the 48 inch device is 46-7/8 overall.
