Corbin Russwin DC6210 Door Closer

Corbin Russwin’s history combines high-quality product and innovative design. That tradition continues with the new Grade 1 DC6000 Series door closer, designed and engineered with quality features such as captured valves and a complete range of new arms. The DC6000 series is the perfect closer for high-use openings or openings that must meet ADA requirements, such as schools, office buildings, health care facilities, and retail complexes. The series also meets UL and UL10C positive pressure requirements for fire openings.
Uses the same mounting bracket as the 100,110, 120 and 2800, 2810 and 2820 series and also the , DC220, DC2400, and DC2600

Older models may have SL72 or MS93 cast on the cylinders.
You may also find Clarksdale, MS cast on the cylinder also.

The Russwin 2800, 2810 and 2820 in no longer available. They have been replaced by the Corbin Russwin DC6210, which has the same hole spacings and arm. You will not have to redrill or modify your door to make the DC6210 work in place of your existing 2800, 2810 or 2820 door closers. The DC6210 has a little bit larger body due to the increased functionality of this closer. This new closer will meet all the ADA requirements.

LCN SEM7840 Magnetic Door Holder

The Detex ECL-230D-PH Alarmed Exit Device is a battery operated, rugged deadbolt panic device, and is UL-Listed Panic Hardware for 36" to 48" doors. The steel paddle is photo-luminescent sign providing managed security and a 100 decibel alarm for secondary exits. The device features a single point 1" dead bolt, attack resistant design withstands over 2200 pounds of outside pull force, and is non handed. Locking and unlocking the dead bolt always arms and disarms the alarm. Rim Cylinder is not included.

The Von Duprin 990TP Trim is the standard Thumb Piece Trim for the 99 and 98 Series devices.  The plate is constructed of Bronze or Stainless Steel and then plated to the desired finish.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall, and includes the mounting screws.  The stanchions coming off the back of the plate line up with the center case mounting screws.  The key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece.  The Rim Cylinder shown in the picture is not included.

Adams Rite 8800 Exit Device

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  If your door is 35" wide, then you would order the 36" device.  We want to make sure they device is wide enough to span the glass on the storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

The Burns Manufacturing 455 Adjustable Push/Push units consists of 2 454 push bars and and 1 453 pull bar. They are adustable up to 36". The tubes are 1 inch round and the bases are 2 inch diameter by 2-1/2 inch projection. The base metal is brass.

The Norton PTO PowerTrack for 7705 is a replacement piece for the 7705PTO Door Closer.  The Track includes the Slider, Soleniod and new mounting screws.  The Track measures 21-1/4" long with a hole spacing of 19" on centers.   The PTO Track is for the Pull Side of the door, also known as the Hinge Side because you can see the hinges on that side. No longer available in 120 volt

The Detex DN Trim is built like their exit devices, extreme durable. Designed with a break-away lever to prevent permanent damage from vandalism or abuse. Escutcheon plate measures 1-7/8 by 8-1/4 inches, the plate is 7/8 inch thick. We ship the classroom function, key locks and unlocks the lever. The levers are field reversible.

International 8610S Rim Device-Grade 1

DC 8000 Series Exit Devices are heavy duty and designed for heavy traffic applications. The devices are Underwriters Laboratory (UL, USA and ULC, Canada) listed for Panic Exit Hardware or Fire Exit Hardware, and are certified to ANSI A156.3-2001 Grade 1.

The Cal-Royal 9860 is a Grade 1 Surface Mounted Vertical Rod Exit Device. 

The Adams Rite EX88 Interlocking Rim Exit Device is designed for heavy duty use on narrow stile aluminium door applications. The EX88 has a unique latch bolt design that interlocks with the frame of the door. This device is non handed, requires a minimum stile width of 2" and will work on aluminum, hollow metal or wood doors.The device is constructed of extruded aluminum with matching metal angled end caps. The International Door Closer (IDC) 8710S is a narrow design rim device. The minimum stile width has to be 2-19/32 inches. The device features a 3/4 inch throw deadlocking latchbolt, hex key dogging, and ships with machine screws and strike. The device is Grade 1 Rated, which is the highest rating possible. The 36 inch device is 33-15/32 long and the 48 is 44-3/4 inches.

Templating matches the Von Dupin 99 and 98

New for 2024 the Falcon MEL 47867200 Mechanical Latch Retraction. Retrofits all 1690, 1790, 24 and 25 Series devices to Mechanical Latch Retraction. This new system uses the PS902 Power Supply.  The benefits for the MEL Series over the Older EL series are lower power draw (1 amp verse 16 amp), and more flexible power supply location, longer wire runs and thinner guage wires.

The Heavy Duty Cal Royal CRCODE101 is for use on the 7700 and 9800 Rim and Surface Vertical Rods. This lock features Single Code with up to 8000 code combinations, weather resistant, non handed, and code can be changed without removing the lock. Comes in Brushed Chrome finish only.

Installation and Programming Instructions

The Cal-Royal NARL9800 is a time tested heavy duty Alarmed exit device.  Alarm works with a 9 volt battery.
