The Von Duprin 47273111 Converts the E996L to the new M996L.  The difference between the two the later is a motorized version which is more robust and draws less current.  The kit includes the M996 Motorized Module and Slider Assembly.  They are offer two version one for the Rim (Rim), Surface Vertical Rod (SVR) and Concealed Vertical Rod (CVR) Exits, and one for the Mortise Lock Exits.

LCN SEM7820 Magnetic Door Holder

The International Door Closer 8730S is designed for narrow stiles. The minimum stile width is 2-19/32 inches. It will not work on a true narrow stile door witch is usually 1-3/4 inch. The 36 inch version is 33-15/32 inches and the 48 inch version is 44-3/4 inches. The device is rated Grade 1, which is the highest rating. Rods are 1/2 inch diameter tubular with rod guides. The exit ships will all screws and strikes need for instillation.

Von Duprin Electric Strike 6112 24VDC

Von Duprin 2227 Exit Device Only

Von Duprin 2227 surface mounted vertical rod exit device for all types of single and double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3, 2001, Grade 1. Covers stock hollow metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts. Fits door stiles as narrow as 3-5/8". For doors as high as 7'1", if your door is higher than 7'1", please call.

Monarch Falcon 25-V Vertical Rod Exit Device

The Monarch Falcon 25-V is designed for high-traffic applications were added strength and durability are required.  The device includes all strikes and mounting screws required for installation.  Available in 3' and 4' devices, the 3' device is for doors 30" to 36", the 4' device is for doors that are 37" up to 48" wide.  The vertical rods furnished with this device are for doors up to 7' tall, if your doors are taller, please contact us.

The Adams Rite 8800EL Exit Device is the Electric Latch Retraction version of the 8800.  We see this used with many card readers, especially in Hotel/Motel applications.

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  If your door is 35" wide, then you would order the 36" device.  We want to make sure they device is wide enough to span the glass on the storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

The Von Duprin QEL Baseplate Conversion Kit is for use on the 33A, 35A, 98, and 99 exit devices. The size is the size of the exit device.  The 98/99 device 36" would be 33" wide device and the 48" would be for the 45" device.  The 33A/35A the 36" would be for the 35-3/8" wide device and the 48" would be for the 47-3/8" wide device.

The Adams Rite 8600EL Electric latch Retraction Concealed Vertical Rod is designed for narrow stile aluminum framed glass doors.  The device will fit on stile widths of 2" or more.   The EL version We recommend this device for replacement or upgrading your current 8600 to Latch Retraction, modifying your existing door to this exit device will be labor intensive.  The 8611EL would be for the aluminum finish and the 8622EL would be or the dark bronze finish.

Norton 7700 Series Power Track

The Norton Power Track Closer-Holders combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.

Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. Both units can be mount pull side of the closed door, or the push side, please specify when ordering. Specify voltage (24 volt or 120 volt) and color (aluminum or dark brown). Dark Brown is a 3 week lead time, Aluminum is in stock.

The PTDO Master Unit is no longer available, they were discontinued in the 2024.
