The 4310HSA SENTRONIC is an electrically controlled closer/holder designed to provide easy passage for groups of pedestrians through high traffic doors. Pedestrians, moving through the doorway, trigger the built-in scanner. When the door is opened to 80° or more, the door is electrically held open to minimize wear and tear on applied door hardware. After the last pedestrian in a group passes through the doorway, the system timer releases the hold-open, closing the door under control of the heavy duty closer. Single lever (track) arm closer is specifically designed for pull side mounting. Choice of finishes and accessories meet virtually all high traffic installation requirements.

The NortonSeries 78-B/F Traditional Surface Closers represent a combination of traditional styling and modern closer features. All closer sizes are contained within a single size aluminum alloy shell. Templates for installing this closer are the same for all closer sizes.

Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

LCN 4810 Door Closer Pneumatically Operated

This is the same trusted Von Duprin 99 with Electric Latch Retraction, also known as EL.

The EL feature allows for the remote unlatching of exit devices. A control station operator can flip a switch to retract the latch bolt and immediately change an exit door to push-pull operation. A powerful, continuous duty solenoid retracts the latch bolt, either for momentary unlatching, or for extended periods of time. The EL feature is an alternative to manual dogging.

The rim device is non-handed.
