The Von Duprin 990NL Trim is the standard NIght Latch Trim for the 99 and 98 Series devices.  The plate is constructed of Bronze or Stainless Steel and then plated to the desired finish.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall, and includes the mounting screws.  The stanchions coming off the back of the plate line up with the center case mounting screws.  The Rim Cylinder shown in the picture is not included.

The M422 with M49D are constructed of 1-1/4 inch solid stock, with the material determined by the finish (color). The push bar has a clearance of 1-1/2 and the handle has a clearance of 1-1/2 inches. The projection is 2-3/4 on the push bar and 2-3/4 inches on the handle. The pull handle is 12 inches on center, with a 7 inch offset. The set comes with two 5/16-18 thru bolts and one 5/16 back to back conehead.

The offset door pull 44 is 5 inches by 12 inches.  It offers a 2 inch clearance with a 2-1/8 inch projection.  The mounting holes are 10 inches on centers.  The base block is 1 inch by 12 inches.

Norton 7700/7705PT Hook-Up Boxes come in two voltages, 24 and 120, and two configurations Hinge Side and Stop Side. Hinge Side means the track is on the side of the door that you can see the Hinges, also know as the pull side.   Stop Side means the track is on the push side of the door.

The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device.   The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches.  The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.

The Doromatic 1690 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 1990 Series crossbar device.

Shipped with all screws and strikes. The 1690NL Cylinder Assembly (169CA) is required if you wish to use a key cylinder on the exterior, SEE RELATED PRODUCTS toward the bottom of this page.

The Von Duprin 55 End Case is the housing on the hinge side of the door.   The function of this housing is to lift the cross bar, and support the function of the Active Case.  If your housing is on the right side when standing inside looking out, then you would order the Right Hand Case.  The package includes the housing, springs and back plate, the arm is not included.  The current part number on this part is 050196 and 050197, the old part number is 111931 and 111932.
