Norton 8301 Door Closer, Sometimes called the Norton 8301 Omni Door Closer

This closer replaces the 8301BF Norton Door Closer. The standard 8301 now meets the Barrier Free Requirements.

The ALREX hinge is a full function hydraulic door closer hinge. It contains all the features of a door closer, closing and latching speed control, power adjustment, and optional hold open feature. They are available in 4, 4.5 and 5 inch (leaf height), and are currently available in Stainless and Black finishes.

Package includes 2 hydraulic closer hinges and one dummy, for a standard 3 x 7 foot door, 100 pound door.

Door Handing:

The Adams Rite EL8600 Solenoid 31-0833-IP is used on their Concealed Vertical Rod.  It uses 28 VDC.  If your Solenoid is Red or White, then you would need the EL8800 Solenoid.

Cal-Royal 9000 Series Lever Trim HDESC is for use on the 9800 and 9800 Exit Devices. The Trim has a clutch mechanism to prevent breaking and two heavy duty springs to prevent sagging. Escutcheon measures 2-5/8 inches wide by 10-5/8 inches long.  The lever projects out 2-7/8 inches. Key locks or unlocks lever.

Back to Back mounted Off-Set Door Pull featuring 1-1/4 inch stock diameter stock. Handle has a 4 inch offset with a 2 inch clearance and 3 1/4" projection. Available in 12 or 18 inch centers. Sold as sets, 2 handles and 3/8-24 thread stud.

Back to Back fasteners are for a 1-3/4 inch thick door, if your door is a different thickness, please let us know in the comments.

This is the Top Latch Kit for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted postion.

LCN Door Closer Spring Cush Arm 3077SC

Optional, parallel arm for abusive applications features solid forged steel main arm and forearm with spring loaded stop in the soffit shoe.

The Adams Rite EL8800 Solenoid is the mechanism that retracts, or in this case turns the wheel to unlock the panic device.  There are two versions one for 12 volt systems 31-0735-IP, and the 24 volt system 31-0736-IP. The 12 Volt Solenoid is wrapped in red tape, the 24 volt is wrapped in white tape.

Von Duprin 386DT Dummy Trim

This Von Duprin 386DT Dummy Trim is just a pull handle. The bolt pattern of the trim plate lines up with the Von Durpin 33A on the inside so they are on conhesive unit. The base plate measures 7-15/16" by 1-5/8". The grip measures 8-1/2" by 4-5/16" with a 2-7/16" projection. This 386DT Dummy Trim is non handed.

Sargent 1130 Door Closer

The Sargent 1130 door closer is a non handed universal door closer. It can be mounted on the left, right, push, pull or top jamb. The hole spacing on this door closer is 3/4" x 9-1/16". We ship the Sargent 1131-RU model.

For use on the Doromatic 1790 exit devices only. It will not work on the other Doromatic exit devices.  This lever trim is now field reversible, the handing can be changed in the field.

1295 Series Jackson exit device blends the reliability of the 10 series with the sleek, contemporry style of the today's push-pad exit devices. Easy to retrofit existing 10 Series exits. Made of extruded aluminum.
