The Barracuda DSO-PB is for use on Out Swinging 36" Doors with Exit Devices.  It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the mounting cleat with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage. 

The Dorma RTS88 Top Arm with Channel 8832 is for use on Double and Single Acting Doors.   It is the standard arm in the RST04, RST05 and RST06 packages.

International 89L Escutcheon Trim

Clutched lever trim for use with the 8000 Series International Door Closer Exit Devices. Escutcheon measures 8-27/32" high by 2-15/16" wide by 15/16" thick. Trim is non handed and easily converted in the field. We offer 3 functions, Classroom, Passage and Storeroom.

This is the Bottom Latch Kit for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted postion.

The 422 with 49D are constructed of 1 inch solid stock, with the material determined by the finish (color). The push bar has a clearance of 1-1/8 and the handle has a clearance of 1-1/2 inches. The projection is 2-1/8 on the push bar and 2-1/2 inches on the handle. The pull handle is 12 inches on center, with a 7 inch offset. The set comes with two 5/16-18 thru bolts and one 5/16 back to back conehead.

Doromatic Complete 2090 and 1090 Active Case. Includes all of the interior hardware. Just unscrew or loosen the three set screws and remove your old case and install and tighten the three set screws. Housing measures 7-1/2" long by 1-3/16" wide.

Non Handed

The C Shaped Offset Pull has 12 inch centers and has a 13 inches overall length. The clearance is 1-1/2 inches with a 2-1/2 inch projections. The handle is constructed on 1 inch diameter stock, the offset is 7 inches. The base is 7/8 inch round stock. The handle is furnished with thru bolts and finish washers.

Aluminum and Stainless Steel ship in 1 week, all other finishes ship in 2 weeks. Made in the USA.

The Cal-Royal 6660 Surface Vertical Rod Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 3-3/4 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The 48 inch device has an actual length of 44 inches and can be cut down 12 inch (34 inch actual).  Devices ships with 938 Strike and all the mounting screws.

LCN Door Closer 1250 Rw/PA

This new LCN Door Closer is a direct replacement for the Norton 1600 and Yale 50 Series Door Closers.  It features, a cast aluminum cylinder, 15 year warranty, hole spacing 3/4” x 9-16”, powder coated finishes, and stick on mounting template.  This door closer comes with the ability to mount on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.   The door closer meets Grade 1-ANSI A156.4, UL/cUL, ADA and the Buy American Act certifications.
