This is one of our most popular Kickdown Door Holder/Stop for the past 35 years.

Features:

• Units provide an economical method to hold open doors.

• Non-marring rubber shoes have corrugated bottoms to provide secure grip. Rubber shoe is securely fastened with screw. When worn, shoes are easily replaced.
• FS544 for door-to-floor clearances of 2" or less.

The Monarch / Dor-O-Matic / Falcon 600339 NL Spring Package converts the 179L , 712L, 712K, 912l and 911K to an NL function.   The NL function is  one were the Lever Handle can not be unlocked and left in the unlocked position when the key is removed.   Spring has a 5/8" diameter.  See attached instructions.

Falcon Monarch Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly

The Falcon Monarch Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly 650387 is used the 19-V, 24-V, 25-V and the XX-V Bottom Rod.  The Guide Assembly measures 1-7/8" tall by 1" wide and projects 1-9/16" at the widest projection.   The Bottom Bolt Guide is made of zinc plated steel.

The Burns 554 Adjustable Ball Catch has a body size of 1 x 2-1/8 inch and the strike measures 1-3/8 x 2-1/8 inch. It is constructed of Brass and then chrome plated to a satin finish.

Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. It can be opened from the inside as normal with your foot or hand. A very inexpensive security lock.
