This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF40A or F40A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Ives in the 1990's they brought it over under the Ives Floor Mounted Door Stop FS442. Features: Designed to blend well with all types of construction and provide a minimum of hindrance to cleaning efforts. Accommodates door undercut up to 2". Heavy-Duty cast brass or aluminum construction. Non-marring rubber bumper. This door stop has an overall height 2-7/8". Mounted shield and screws included.

Floor Mounted Door Stop Heavy Duty 540

This Floor Mounted Door Stop is a personal favorite. It is extremely heavy duty, and is ideal for areas of high vandalism. Includes the 4-1/2" lag bolt & lag shield. The rubber base is 3" in diameter and is 2-5/8" high.  Uses a 3/4" diameter hole for the lag sheild.

The 459 Flush Door Pull measures 3-3/8 x 4-3/4 x 1/8 inch.  The opening size is 1-3/4 by 3-1/2 inches.  The mortised pocket would need to be 3-3/4 by 2-13/16 and 11/16 deep. The flush pull ships with mounting screws in the matching finish.

The Foot Operated Door Pull is a low cost solution to keep your hands off of high traffic handles. It is constructed of cast aluminum, and measures 4" wide by 1-7/32" high with a 2-3/8" projection. The package includes fasteners, door decal and installation tool.

Full Mortise Double Acting Spring Hinge

Used mainly for commercial kitchen doors,  or any commercial double swinging door.   Sold in sets of 2 hinges, they will handle doors up to 75 lbs that are 1-3/4" thick.   If you door weighs between 75 and 107 lbs, you should use 3 hinges.  The door flange is designed for a standard 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" template mortise.   Hinges ship with wood and metal mounting screws. They come in a standard Painted Primed Finish Gray.

Straightens bent full mortise hinges. Slide cylinder over the butt of the hinge and rotate. Extra long handle provides the torque to bring the hinge back inline.   It measures 19-1/2" long, with barrels on each end of 3/4"  and 1" diameters.

The PBB Shim Hinge is for use in Fire Doors where the doors are not square.  Putting cardboard or wood shims on fire doors is prohibited, so they have come up with a solution where one of the leaves are drilled tapped and a set screw is inserted.  These hinges are only available in 4.5 x 4.5 sizes in brushed chrome finish. They are sold in boxes of three hinges and come with wood and machine screws. The base metal is steel.

This Glass Patch is sold in rolls of 18 inches by 120 inches.  It is a polyester film with an adhesive back with "Warning" on it to prevent accidental injury. This is a temporary transparent patch until the Glass can be replaced.

Glynn-Johnson 410 Series Overhead Door Holder/Stop Concealed Mounting

The perfect combination of form and function, Glynn-Johnson 410 series holders and stops offer effective door control and a low-profile design. Each model is constructed so that the channel is encased in the door and the jamb bracket is mortised in the frame. When the door is open, the arm and jamb bracket are visible. Conversely, when the door is in the closed position, the entire holder is completely concealed.

The 410 fits in a mortised channel on top of the door, if your doors are not mortised on the top of the door, you would have to mortise them out.  Replaces the older version GJ310, GJ320 and GJ330 series.

Glynn-Johnson 70 Series Overhead Door Holder Surface Mounted

Glynn-Johnson 70 and 79 series models are constructed primarily of Brass and 300 series Stainless Steel substrates, with several components fabricated of Steel treated to resist corrosion. Models in the 70 series utilize a 1/2"-diameter stainless steel bar, while the 79 series uses a 3/4" stainless steel bar. The bar is always provided in US32D. The spring, washer and nut are provided in a clear zinc finish.
