Dor-o-matic Complete housing assembly for the 990/1990 and the inactive sides of the 1090/2090. Includes all components to replace your current housing. Housing measures 7-1/2" long by 1-3/16" wide, with a 6-1/4" center to center stud mounting.

The Doromatic 1790 rim device is typically used in applications where maintenance is a concern because the rim device has fewer parts and pieces than current exit devices. The result is less maintenance and adjustment. The streamlined design has no openings for chains, reducing the risk for code infringements and offering increased building security by eliminating the possibility of tampering and forced entry through the use of coat hangers and other tools. The Doromatic 1790 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 2090 series crossbar device.

Shipped with all screws and strikes. If you wish to use a key cylinder on the exterior, you will need the 1790 NL/HB Cylinder Assembly, 179CA.

The Doromatic 1690 Auxiliary Package PKG.150 is one of the installation packages shipped with new devices.   The kit includes the Rod Bearing Bushings, Traveler Lift Bracket, Retaining Rings and 5/32" Dog Key.

Doromatic 1590 Latch Bolt Assembly

Replacement Latch Bolt Assembly for the Falcon Doromatic 1590.   In the old days you could just replace the PB355 (SPRING.127) spring, but as of November 2015 you have to replace the complete latch head assembly.

Doromatic 1390 Push Bar Spring PB43

The Doromatic 1390 Spring PB43 is also known as Part # 4270106635.   This spring was used on the obsolete 1390 exit device to push out the touch pad.  Spring measures 15/16" long by 5/16" by 3/8".

Dor-o-Matic 1390 Dogging Assembly. If you have a 1390 and the dogging is stripped, this is the part you need. The 1390 was discontinued in about 2003.  The kit includes the dogging cam, activating cam, spacer and retaining ring.

The Dorma Surface Vertical Rod Top Strike 426 is used on the 8400, 8400F, 9400 and 9400F devices. Shims and mounting screws included.

This package connects to the rods on the Dorma 9400 Surface Vertical Rod Devices. Plate measures 3/4 x 1/2 inch, finger sticks up 3/4 of an inch. Package includes 2 plates and 2 screws.

The Dorma RTS88 Top Arm with Channel 8832 is for use on Double and Single Acting Doors.   It is the standard arm in the RST04, RST05 and RST06 packages.

The Dorma RTS88 Offset Slide Arm 8812 is used on in the RST31, RST30, RTS29, RST28, RST27, RTS26 and RTS25 packages.  This arm is used on Single Acting Doors.

Dorma RTS88 Series overhead concealed door closer for both single and double-acting doors. The RTS88 will consist of a steel cam, rollers, and springs housed in a compact cast iron body. Closers will be capable of being installed in minimum 1-3/4" x 4" headers. RTS88 will have maximum door opening to 90º or 105º, trim conditions permitting. Sweep and latch speed will be controlled by two noncritical adjustment valves from 90º or 105º to closed. Built-in pressure relief valve will protect the closer from abuse caused by forced closing. A mechanical backcheck combined with a positive stop at 90º or 105º will be provided to protect the door and frame. The RTS88 closer will be available with hold open at 90º or 105º, or without hold open. Now available with Size 3 Spring or Barrier Free Exterior to meet ADA Handicap Codes. The product shown here is just the replacement cylinder.

The Dorma Rim Device Strike 463 is used on the 8300, 8300F, 9300 and 9300F exit devices. Mounting screws included.

The Dorma 95059481 Lever Trim Return Spring is used on the 8000 series Lever Handles.   The spring has a 2-3/16" diameter.

The FSVTOPLTCH is the top latch for the F8400 and F9400 Dorma Surface Vertical Rod. If your 8400 or 9400 does not have dogging, this would be the Top Latch.  If your device can be dogged open, then you would need the SVTOPLTCH.
