Ives Roller Latch RL30

The Ives Roller Latch RL30 is constructed of Forged Brass and Plated to your finish.   Furnished with a Nylon Roller.   Body measures 1" wide by 3-3/8" high by 1-11/16" deep. The roller has a maximum projection of 3/8" and is easily adjustable.

Ives Roller Latch RL32

The Ives Roller Latch RL32 is constructed of Brass and Plated to your desired finish.  The body measures 1-1/8" wide by 2-1/4" high and 2-1/4" deep.  The roller is constructed of Nylon, and has an adjustable projection up to 1/2".  Fits a standard heavy-duty cylindrical lock cutout.

Ives Roller Latch RL1130

The Ives Roller Latch RL1130 is a combination of the RL30 and an Angle Stop.  Tension is easy to adjust with the two tension screws on the face plate.

The Adams Rite 8800EL Exit Device is the Electric Latch Retraction version of the 8800.  We see this used with many card readers, especially in Hotel/Motel applications.

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  If your door is 35" wide, then you would order the 36" device.  We want to make sure they device is wide enough to span the glass on the storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

The TH1300 YKK Offset Pivot Set is commonly found on YKK aluminum framed storefront doors. This is not the only one they use, but the only one we can get.

Von Duprin Exit Device Keyed Mullion Retrofit Kit

Keyed Removable Steel Mullions makes removal faster and easier by a single operation of the mortise cylinder. Once mullion is removed, large equipment or furniture can freely pass through the opening. The unit will self lock when re-installed, without use of the cylinder key. Uses a 1-1/4´´mortise cylinder with a
straight cam (Schlage cam reference B502-191). Cylinders are sold separately. Prefix mullion model with “KR”.

The new Series 2670 Exit Alarm Lock provides secure protection through a large stainless steel deadbolt, which is 2" x 1/2" (51mm x 13mm) and has over a 3/4" (19mm) throw. The engagement area into the strike is over 1 1/4" (32mm) square inches. The cast aluminum latch case protects the internal mechanism and resists tampering or vandalism from inside the door. This unit has been tested to withstand up to 1600 pounds of static load force against the door.

The Von Duprin 996L Lever Trim replaces the 992L, and 994L and is the latest generation of the 99 Lever Trim.

The escutcheon plate measures 2-3/4" wide by 10-3/4" high and projects out 27/32". The handle projection is 2-7/8". This lever handle is handed, but is field reversible. Key lock and unlocks lever.
