The Dor-O-Matic 2390 231CA Cylinder Kit converts your 2390 exit only to a Night Latch or Hold Back function key lock.  All the hardware is included in the package to convert your device, except for the Mortise Cylinder.  Housing measures 4-1/2" tall by 1-11/16" wide with a 1-1/8" projection.  We send the 231CA which includes the Schlage B502-191 Cam.   The 239CA is the same kit, but without the Schlage Cam.

Exit Device Dog Key 5/32" X 2-1/8" Long

Used on Von Duprin 55 and 88 Exit Devices, Corbin Russwin Exit Device, Yale Exit Device and Dor-o-Matic exit devices. This Hex Dog Key is not long enough for the Von Duprin 33, 34, 33A, 35B, 98 or 99 Exit Devices.

Doromatic 1690 1790 replacement dogging assy. The dogging assembly is used to dog the door in the open position, so people can enter the building without having to unlatch the door.  The kit ships with form threading screws for installation.

The Doromatic 2390 Anchor Block Assembly is used to connect the push bar to the device channel.

Doromatic 1990/1690 traveler assembly

This bracket connects the rods to the exit device. The traveller measures 4-1/8" long by 7/8" wide by 1/4" deep. Roller has a 3/8" diameter roller.

Doromatic retractor. The pinion rides inside this bracket to raise and lower the internal rods. Parts used with the retractor are the Pinion (G199005), Traveller (G199028) and the Pinion Bushing (G199046). Retractor measures 1-7/8" long by 7/8" wide by 1/4" thick.

Doromatic EL1490 Lift Bracket

As known as a Falcon EL1490 Lift Bracket. This bracket connects the exit device to the rods. The bracket measures 7-1/4" long by 1" wide.

The Dor-O-Matic 1590 Retractor RTR10 is one of the components you need to convert a Exit Only device to a NL or HB device.  The RTR10 along with the 159CA-NL or 159CA-HB is all you need, along with a Key Cylinder.

Same as the G199002, but longer. The Doromatic long stud can be used in conjunction with the GMH124 Jack Nut when the threads have pulled out of your door. Doromatic part # STUD.102

Dor-o-Matic lever arm spring. This spring pulls the cross bar back to the closed postion. The tension spring measures 1-1/4" long by 1/4" diameter.
