Cal Royal 7700 Rim Exit Device

For use in institutions, schools, universities, commercial buildings where heavy duty reliable operation is a requirement. ANSI A156.3, Grade 1 heavy duty exit device in surface vertical rod and rim designs. Rail assemblies are heavy duty extruded aluminum body with stainless steel push pad and end caps are made of brass, bronze or stainless steel. Rail travels in direction of the door swing. Trims are thru bolted for additional security. Conforms & Meets ADA Regulations. UL Listed for Panic and ULC10C, UBC 7-2-1777 codes. UL Listed for Fire Exit Hardware. Uncompromising security and safety in single and double fire exit doors. Chassis mounted unit construction. Rim and vertical rod devices are non-handed and easily reversible. Extruded aluminum construction. The thresholds are shipped with mounting screws (#10 x 1-1/2" FH zinc plated wood screws), Milled aluminum finish. This is considered a Handicap Saddle Threshold.

Metal Door Flush Bolt FB458

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. We try to stock the 12" rods, which are standard, but we can also get 18", 24", 36" and 48"

Corner Guard CG-10 3" x 3"

90 degree 3” x 3” vinyl corner guard with aluminum retainer.  Vinyl flex action absorbs impact, and is .100” thick, the aluminum retainer is .062 thick.  Available in 4, 8 and 9 foot lengths.  Top and bottom end caps included with the corner guard.

Von Duprin Alarm Kit-ALK

The Von Duprin Alarm Kit converts the Von Duprin 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Devices to an alarmed exit device.   When you exit the alarm will sound.  Powered by a standard 9 volt battery and is controlled by a Mortise Cylinder, not included.
