405CR Vinyl Stair Tread Risers

Plain color cove risers match Koroseal vinyl stair treads; or use a contrasting riser with vinyl or rubber treads; easily trimmed in height and length; savings in installation are substantial; cove risers are same sizes as stair treads.

FLUFF-CORD STRIP TILE

A close-nap carpet-like surface of specially processed rubber-fabric strips made from recycled heavy-duty truck and bus tires; Natural Earthtone Gray Color. Strips are heat bonded to a woven flexible backing. This creates a "dry-back" adhesive back that reacts with our non-flammable adhesive to form a stronger bond to the floor. Install this permanent entry floor mat inside or outside; cord strips act as a wiper where dirt or moisture is a problem; are non-skid, non-absorbing, resist shrinkage, deaden sound. Ideal for heavy wear areas in shopping centers, lobbies, entryways, ramps, airports, etc. Produced in standard 12" x 12" tile size.

KT18 Vinyl Landing Tiles

Landing tiles are .120" thick by 18" x 18" and designed to go with all the vinyl stair treads.  Available colors are Shale and Amber.  Shale is for use with the Black and Gray treads, and the Amber is for use with the Brown or Sand color treads.

DR-CT DIAGONAL RIB CARPET TILES
An attractive and functional entrance matting alternative; heavy duty modular carpet tile with excellent scraping and dirt removal properties for high traffic areas. Designed for interior use in entrances, vestibules, lobbies, between double doors, on ramps or in elevators.

Install in a recess or on the surface. Our easy release adhesive allows you to remove worn or damaged tile which is easily re-adhered. Tile can be switched to decrease traffic patterns; lasts longer, looks better. Vinyl or Aluminum beveled edging available.

Use adhesive where Grit Strip is applied to porous surfaces such as wood or concrete. Grit Strip adhesive is recommended as a sealer; will give a better, longer lasting bond. Recommended application temperature is 60 degrees and above. One quart covers approximately 50 square feet (single coat) of Grit Strip; available in quart and pint units.

Adhesive information

The 605CR Rubber Coved Riser goes in the back of the step and acts as a kick plate in the matching color of your stair treads.  The Riser is 7" tall and features a 5/8" cove to aid in cleaning of the back of the step.

400 Vinyl Stair Treads

Heavy gauge sharp-rib design Koroseal vinyl treads for heaviest traffic; 1/4" thick at wear area, easily trimmed to cover and fit any stair step. Install over concrete, metal, wood, terrazzo. The 1010R Rubber Stair Tread features a Rib Design, with grooves all along the fall line.   The round nose is not tapered or adjustable.  The nose is 1/8" thick and tapers to 3/32" at the very back.  The radius of the nose is 3/4". They are designed for interior use.

The 7520R is a smooth surface rubber stair tread.   These treads come in Square and Round Nose, this page is for the Square Nose, for Round Nose search 7520RRD. The treads are 1/8" thick along the entire depth of the treads, and have a nose that drops down 1-9/16".  For the Grit Stripped version you would order the 220 or the 2520.  The 220 comes with two 3/4" grit strips, the 2520 would be the visually impaired version with one 2" wide strip. They are designed for interior use.

The 820R is a low profile raised disc design for lighter traffic.  The tread is 3/16" thick at the nose and tapers to 1/8" at the back.  The nose has a 1-9/16" length.  These treads are easily trimed in the field with a straight edge and utility knife. The nose is not adjustable and is not tapered. They are designed for interior use.

The 620D Rubber Stair Tread comes in two versions, Square Nose and Round Nose.  This page is for the Square Nose, Search 620DRN for the Round Nose Version.   This tread offers an 1/8" nose thickness, has an adjustable and tapered nose. They are designed for interior use.

The nose is not adjustable and is not tapered. They are designed for interior use.

The 630D Rubber Outdoor Tread is the only tread we recommend for exterior applications. The tread is only available in black and is ideal for ice rinks, sports arena and high traffic areas.  The tread is 12-1/16" deep with the last 3 inches being smooth for trimming in the field.
