Closer mounts parallel arm, specify right or left swinging door. 4111 cylinder meets ADA requirements. The cush hold open arm allows for a stop and hold open positions up to 110 degrees. "T" handle on arm will release door for closing, locking pin can be retracted for normal door closing operation.

The ALREX hinge is a full function hydraulic door closer hinge. It contains all the features of a door closer, closing and latching speed control, power adjustment, and optional hold open feature. They are available in 4, 4.5 and 5 inch (leaf height), and are currently available in Stainless and Black finishes.

Package includes 2 hydraulic closer hinges and one dummy, for a standard 3 x 7 foot door, 100 pound door.

We sometimes find the number 45251 cast on the housing, and 40049 and 40050 stamped on the arms.   This operator has a Nylon Wheel or Roller.

Truth Window Operator Surface Mount 11"

This Truth Surface Mounted Window Operator is usually used on commercial aluminum windows. It features an 11" long arm, measured from the center of the housing to the center of the metal roller. The outside mounting screw holes are 4-3/4" a part and the inter screws are 3-7/8" on center.

Sweep Lock for Aluminum Windows

Made die cast metal, unfinished. Lock measures 1-5/8" x 15/16" x 3/8" projection. Available in left and right versions, the Right Hand version is shown in the picture. This lock is found on aluminum framed windows. Ships with Latch and Nylon Bushing, the screw is not included.
