Accurate Door Hinge Kit
Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

The adder is for outswing doors that included double door pulls, stainless steel top pin and 2" door stop. All security screws included. Factory part number 8513513 for inswing parts and 8513514 for the adder which is double door pulls and door stop. The hinges have been used for over 30 years.
To order out swing version you must order both parts as pictures shown for complete door kit.

ASI Headrail
ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

Cast stainless steel construction. The latch base is 2-31/32" wide by 1-15/16" high and projects 1-1/8" high. The hole spacing is 1-3/4" wide by 1-1/2" high. The four mounting holes have a diameter of 1/4". The Slide Latch base is 1/4" thick. The latch bolt is 7/8" wide by 3-7/16" long. This toilet stall latch is used on Accurate and Mills Partitions. Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. The hinge measures 2-1/4" high by 1-1/4" deep with a slot depth of 1-5/16" and 1-1/2" between screws on center. Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break.
