VINYL BACK COCOA MAT ROAD ROLLERS

Road roller mats are made with fibers from the almost indestructible outer husk of the coconut. These fibers are bonded into a vinyl backing. These vinyl back Road Roller Mats can be installed much easier than woven mats and can be easily cut to fit without the mat unraveling. If small holes are needed for installation, a sharp knife or punch will easily do the job.

Rollers are 32' 9" long and around 1-3/16" thick

Ribbed Koroseal Vinyl lap-type nosing for front edge of stages, bowling lane steps, platform-like floors and bar foot rests. Form fitting adjusta-nose; has a 7/8” lip to allow 1/8” flooring to lap over back edge. Standard 8’ lengths. Install with #400 Neoprene Contact Cement or #300 Water-based Contact Adhesive.

The 920R One-Piece Rubber Stair Tread has a 3/16" thick nose and tapers to 5-16" at the back.  The nose is adjustable and tapered for a perfect fit.  The benefit of a one piece tread is the ease of cleanng, there is not a groove at the back of the step to collect debris. You have two choices on the Grit Stripping, the Visual Impaired 1-2" wide or 2-3/4" wide grit tape strips. They are designed for interior use.

Interlocking 1/2" x 11-7/8” x 11-7/8” recycled PVC tiles with bristle carpet inserts. Brushes off sand, dirt and slush from shoes and cart wheels; open grid drains away water and debris. Modular 11-7/8” x 11-7/8” tiles allow flexibility and the ability to fit the product to any size area. Tiles snap together easily to install and replace. Beveled ramp edges are available for non-recessed applications.

This product is part of our sustainable development program where the tiles can be returned at the end of the lifecycle for a credit toward replacement product. The vinyl-back allows trimming to fit any size or shape entrance; is skid proof, lays flat, stays in place. Tan color is colorfast. Ideal for use in recesses; cropped bristles give excellent scraping action.These mats clean grit and moisture from shoes, dry rapidly; won't mildew or rot. Mats do not generate static electricity. Mats can be easily vacuumed or washed with mild soap. Available in 15 mm (.59 inches), 19 mm (.748 inches) or 30 mm (1.18 inches)  thick.
