Ives Floor Mounted Door Holder FS40

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF40A or F40A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Model numbers are determined by strike/door-to-floor clearances. Holder position on door is adjustable.

The International Door Closer 3010-S Side Load Arm is used with the 200, 300 and 500 Series Concealed Overhead Door Closer for Center Hung Doors.   The arm is constructed of cast iron and measures 10" long, and 7/16" thick.   The package includes all the mounting screws.

The Cal-Royal 6600 Rim Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 4-1/2 inch stile width. Glynn-Johnson 410 Series Overhead Door Holder/Stop Concealed Mounting

The perfect combination of form and function, Glynn-Johnson 410 series holders and stops offer effective door control and a low-profile design. Each model is constructed so that the channel is encased in the door and the jamb bracket is mortised in the frame. When the door is open, the arm and jamb bracket are visible. Conversely, when the door is in the closed position, the entire holder is completely concealed.

The 410 fits in a mortised channel on top of the door, if your doors are not mortised on the top of the door, you would have to mortise them out.  Replaces the older version GJ310, GJ320 and GJ330 series.

Gravity Door Coordinator

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.

Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable on the job for ease of installation. Rubber roller provides quiet and efficient operation, and helps protect the astragal and doors from damage. The 422 with 49D are constructed of 1 inch solid stock, with the material determined by the finish (color). The push bar has a clearance of 1-1/8 and the handle has a clearance of 1-1/2 inches. The projection is 2-1/8 on the push bar and 2-1/2 inches on the handle. The pull handle is 12 inches on center, with a 7 inch offset. The set comes with two 5/16-18 thru bolts and one 5/16 back to back conehead.
