Von Duprin 2227 surface mounted vertical rod exit device for all types of single and double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3, 2001, Grade 1. Covers stock hollow metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts. Fits door stiles as narrow as 3-5/8". For doors as high as 7'1", if your door is higher than 7'1", please call.

In April of 2023 Norton Yale have discontinued the 2300 and 9300.  The Norton 1600 will be sent in place of the 2300.   Same Hole Spacing, but adjustable spring tension.

This Latch Cover is used on the Monarch Falcon 19, XX, 24 and 25 series devices.  Used to go by then number 3781, but the factory is now using the number 650202.

The Handicap Hands-Free Door Pull BM4511 is an ADA compliant. You can hook your forearm/wrist into the open end to open a non-latching door. The pull is constructed of stainless steel and is available in brushed stainless steel, powder coated flat black or powder coated dark bronze. The plate measures 4 x 16 inches and the grip is tack-welded to the plate and also has a 5/16-18 thread for thru bolting. The grip is 1-1/4 diameter by 8 inches. Toilet Partition Surface Mounted Ada Slide Bolt Latch And Keeper Stainless Steel

Stamped stainless steel construction. Slide lock measures 4-3/16" long by 1-1/8" tall by 15/32" thick. The mounting plate has mounting screws 1-1/4" on center and is 2-15/32" long. The lock projects out 1-3/16" from the face of the door. The keeper is 1-1/2" wide by 1-1/8" tall by 3/32" thick. This latch is used on the 2227, 3327A, and 9927 Surface Vertical Rod Devices. This latch is for use on devices shipped after October 1998. This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Includes screws.  The mounting bracket is sometimes included, and sometimes they are not.  Call us and we will check.
